“Very hospitable and enjoyable” Sunset Sweet is just outside Weaverville near Asheville, NC. It does have a dirt driveway but is quite accessible. We chose there as a place to stay out of Asheville and inexpensive but it is quite accessible to Asheville also. We had just spent some days nearer town. The Blue Ridge Parkway is also quite accessible. Our hosts Sharon and Gary were great and willing to help wherever they could. The space was very good including bedroom, bathroom, a small fridge, coffee and tea, and use of a separate living room, a bonus. A breakfast of cereal, fruit, yogurt and homemade muffin could be had in their kitchen or outside on several decks and porches.Good conversation ensued. The steepish trail out back has lots of spring wildflowers which unfortunately were over in July but others were evident. Some swing seats and benches afforded rest and views. The fireflies at night were good to see and the view is good over the hills. The Stony Knob cafe and Well Bred bakery were two eating places we went to and they were very good. I would highly recommend both. Weaverville is a pleasant small town. The two dogs are very friendly and docile. All in all a very good place to stay and great host and hostess. .

“Loved our stay at Tranquil Glen” The cabin was clean, well stocked and a perfect place to spend a quite Christmas week with family. The cabin was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Owners were quick to respond with answers to questions.

“The Kuai family are wonderfully hospitable!!!” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kuai family's apartment. They made us feel so welcome and the apartment was very comfortable. Every morning we walked down the street to Starbucks :-) We were so close to downtown. It was perfect!!! Very quiet neighborhood close to downtown. We look forward to staying again. Thanks again, for making our first visit to asheville very warm & memorable!

“Most adorable mountain escape in the Smokies” No space was wasted in these adorable bungalows with their eco-friendly, sustainable styles. My boyfriend and I and our two medium/large sized dogs had plenty of room to lounge indoors and outside. My boyfriend and I enjoyed cozying up in the bottom bunk behind the curtains and on the futon upstairs to watch movies. When we weren't getting comfy at the bungalow, we took a short drive to DuPont State Park, Pisgah Forest, the Biltmore Estate, or downtown Asheville. My boyfriend's biggest concern was seclusion since the other bungalow is right across the courtyard, but the two couples we met during our one week stay were a lot of fun and it was really cool getting to hang out them. We decided that any visitors that can appreciate the quirkiness of the bungalows as much as we did were already our friends.

“Perfect Getaway” We had a great time at the Creek stone cabin! The cabin was clean, well stocked, and felt like home! We loved the creek behind the house and exploring the trails and area!
