A modern and luxury apartment with private roof terrace located in the district of Punta Prima. The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped so that guests feel comfortable. It has a completely equipped kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The lounge area opens onto the terrace. It has also a private terrace solarium which offers a nice view of the park and the sea.

The complex is located just 10-15 minutes walk from the sea and sandy beach; 2 mins from large supermarket, shopping centre (Punta Marina), bars and restaurants. There is also sports centre and spa in walking distance. A residents private pool and sauna are found in the community area.

Thank you for your review! Please be informed that the question with the smell was solved a day after your departure. Everything is ok and I have it confirmed by the key holder and guests who are now staying there. The instruction how the air-condition works was given to you on 2 occasions by Natalie. First when she brought you to the apartment; then she phoned you to explained it again. As regards the hob, it is a new Touch Control Ceramic Hob and works perfectly well. Again, thank you for your feedback, even if negative.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Agnieszka (the owner) a message.

If Agnieszka (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
