Our stunning fully furnished one bedroom holiday accommodation has all the ingredients for a pleasant holiday experience. Spectacular views, central location, cleanliness, comfort and quality. As a family business we aim to offer the best quality experience for the best price.

The accommodation is ideal for couples, but can accommodate up to 3 adults, families of 4, so children are welcome too. The apartment has a very comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom, and the sofa opens into a double bed in the lounge room.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Manly, which is Sydney's world famous beach-side suburb. Situated only 100 meters from the beach these lovely 9th level abodes offer absolutely amazing ocean views. 500m away you will also find Manly Wharf, from there central Sydney is only a short 30 minute scenic ferry ride away. There are many fine restaurants and cafes nearby to enjoy, or dine-in with the fully equipped kitchen. Our accommodation is the ideal place for: a beach vacation, a romantic holiday, business trip accommodation, a base to explore the the beautiful city of Sydney, or whatever your need for accommodation in Sydney may be, this stylish accommodation is sure to satisfy even the most demanding traveler!

This spectacular apartment has been fully renovated to a very high standard, so pretty much everything is in excellent condition!

High speed internet with WiFi available in the apartment.

Guests have been very happy with our accommodation, and more often than not it exceeds peoples expectations. We get return guests, and friends and family of previous guests.

Many people ask about noise, this accommodation is quiet. No noise from the lift, and being high up, street noise is not a problem.

The building is a mixture of permanent residential apartments and holiday apartments. The majority of our guests have been around middle-aged, and many retired couples too, as well as young families. Complaints about noise have been very rare, for example when somebody in the building was having a party, this should be a rare incident since there are strict rules and regulations regarding noise in the building since there are permanent residents living there too.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jarmo (the owner) a message.

If Jarmo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
