This unique beachfront property is the ideal tropical hideaway for your vacation to Koh Samui. The house has stunning sea and sunset views from the living room, which makes the Beach House the perfect place to relax, read a book, watch the sun set and relax in the Jacuzzi with its views of the neighbouring islands.

An oasis of tranquillity, set within a tropical landscaped garden in a boutique resort, yet just minutes from Samui's most famous attractions and beaches. It is also ideally located close to the most sought after shopping, dining and entertainment venues of Chaweng Beach Road and Fisherman's Village.

Take a romantic stroll along the beach for lunch or dinner at the nearby 5-star resorts, and enjoy a swim at high tide when the sea comes right up to the wall at the foot of the garden.

The Beach House is beautifully furnished. The living room features a 47” flat-screen TV, Satellite TV channels, surround sound DVD speakers and high-speed 20MB Wi-Fi Internet throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher, while the spacious dining table is set under a vaulted ceiling.

Both bedrooms boast spacious king-sized beds. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with twin basins. The second bedroom features a vaulted ceiling and a second bathroom leading off from the hall. All rooms are equipped with fans and air-conditioning, while both bathrooms feature GROHE accessories and rain showers.

There is also a mezzanine level with an office desk and moon terrace, which can be used for catching up on emails, watching movies or reading to the sound of the sea lapping gently below.

Guests should note that the beautiful tropical garden and infinity swimming pool are communal (not private) and is shared with the other four houses in the resort. Car parking area is at the resort entrance and a 100-metre walk through the landscaped garden brings you to the house, which means there is no traffic noise at the house.

Housekeeping and maids cleaning: change of bed linen and towels once or twice a week, depending on guests' requirements. Additional housekeeping and cleaning services can be arranged at additional cost.
