“Thank You Trip advisor for identifying the perfect place” The Ta service that emails houses fitting a request included My Sea Side managed by My Beach House Rentals. The description and the reviews sealed the choice. I called the manager who was wonderfully responsive and concluded that this would be the best house for us. We exchanged the necessary information to complete the rental transaction and I looked forward to our stay. The house is photographed to appear larger than it is but the description was accurate and everything it was touted to have it had including location. The furniture is comfortable. The bed and bath linens clean and ample. Kitchen is well equipped and everything works properly. The 2 tween agers claimed the ground level 'apartment'. There is no inside acess between it and main house and that gave us pause, but they were allowed to stay there with rules. The location is about 2 houses off the beach and a fair walk across the dunes but not really far. My 101 year old Mother had no trouble at all. The house comes with beach chairs, a cart, a cooler, sand toys, an umbrella -- all the things we often tote and didn't have to this time. It is within 4 blocks of the pier. The IGa store is across Butler Street. The location is perfect. We loved the sleeping porch immensely. No one slept out there but we gathered there in the morning for coffee and mimosas. We also appreciated the many fans at the house. If there is a 'least' it is a small quibble that the house is not in fact luxurious. Also, there is no outside shower and all tv's aren't hooked to cable. The house is a good size, it offers a host of conveniences for a good stay including 2 bikes, the appliances are not top drawer or new but they work very well. We had a couple of issues with the cleaning performed for our arrival but Lauren (the manager) responded quickly to our call and offered to make everything right without delay. I would take this house again. I enjoyed working with Lauren.
