“Most amazing place I have ever stayed!” Oct '13 - 8 friends Villa Sanyanga was recommended to me by some friends. From the offset the whole booking process was very personal thanks to Jacquie, all our needs were catered for in advance and everything was hassle free. I can't recommend this villa enough, truly was one of the best places i have ever stayed. Plenty of space, very clean and all round well maintained. When you enter the villa you will receive a traditional Thai welcome and the villa's size and style will simply take your breath away! What made our stay was actually the staff, Lilly cooked us incredible food (which I have craving for after being back in uk). Lilly / Jone and the rest of the staff ensured that villa Sanyanga was a home away from home. Even though we had terrible weather, we hardly noticed it! Either spending our time in the lounge, jacuzzi or eating delicious food.We would all recommend the villa to our friends and family, and also would hope to return at some point.

“Stunning” We stayed at Dee Dee villas in Febuary, what a great place . It`s ten mins from the lovely village of Chaloklum. The Villas are very well equipped with all the mod cons that you need on a luxury holiday. Fantastic patio and balcony for your late afternoon sundowners. Jamesey and Bew (The owners)are extremely helpful from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave Koh Phangan. Can`t wait to go back. If you want to get away from it all look no further.

“Excellent alternative to hotels” I've rented a studio for a month, and enjoyed my stay. The comfort of having a kitchen, good a/C, security, excellent service and a small convenience store in the building made my stay here a joy. Location is good, although it helped that I've rented a scooter - the ride to the night market takes about 7 minutes. Overall, an excellent option for longer stay in Chiang Mai.

“The Ultimate Island Escape” Villa M must be the most beautiful place for a relaxing holiday possible. Right on a beach, surrounded by palm trees, islands in the distance, and Fisherman Village shops and restaurants close by. It has the best location on Samui and 6 days there was the ultimate island escape. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom, and with 2 living areas, we all had our space. The staff are all friendly and discreet and the villa manager can arrange for anything that you want to see or do. Continental Breakfast provided, including selection fresh tropical fruit. Each night we visited one of the many restaurants in Fisherman's Village, even ate at some of the stalls, all within easy walking distance of the villa But you can choose to stay in and eat your meals at home, which we did on the last night.The Chef prepared for us probably the best Thai food we have eaten anywhere in the world. It rained a couple of days, but we still managed to enjoy ourselves in this beautiful home reading, watching Dvd's, looking at the magnificent view. Relaxing is what holidays are about. Liked-everything about Villa M, especially the location. Disliked: that we were only there for 6 days !

“We felt like the rich and famous!!! - What a dream place to stay” Well what can i say - I loved every minute of this place. Everything about Kulraya Villas is 5 star! * The house and view, the pool is absolutely stunning. * Bedrooms are beautiful - one looks over the pool and the other over the garden/hills * Two bathrooms which are both clean and to a high standard * Beds are huge - queen in one room and king in the other. Or a king and a XL king * The place is immaculate - you just call them when you want the room cleaned * The breakfasts are delicious - choice of continental or cooked * The food (if ordered) is well priced compared to hotels and is delivered to the villa promptly and is delicious. * The location is beautiful - perched up in the hills * There's a fully equip kitchen so great for families as well as a washing machine. * I could keep going on for ever as i loved so much about this place. The only thing i could say against the location is that you really need your own transport. ie car or motor bike. This isn't even really a problem as Ian and Luk can organise this for you at a good rate or just get one from the many places in town. We got a bike for 200 Baht a day! The beaches are lovely. The closest one is about a 3-4 min drive away with white sand and crystal blue water. Other surrounding beaches we loved was Relax Bay which was great for kids as its a small beach so you could always see the kids and the water is shallow. I want to go back there and have told all my friends about it.

“A beautiful property in a very convenient location” A beautiful villa set around a lovely pool that was the focus for much of our stay. The villa is well appointed and looked after with plenty of living space both inside and out. Just a short drive to lovely Bang Tao beach and with local shops and restaurants either a short walk or drive away, the villa is very well located. Thoroughly recommended!

“Beautiful Villa and Great Hosts. Simply Outstanding!” Our vacation in Hua Hin did not get off the a good start when we arrived at the accommodation we had originally booked, which as not suitable for young children. Busaba Pool Villas was on our shortlist when we did our original research and we were very lucky that they had a villa available. We stayed in Villa 11 and it was brilliant. Right from the start, John and Kay could not have been more accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay easy and stress free, which with two children aged 1 and 3, makes all the difference! The villa is nicely furnished, very spacious and well set up with wifi, a hard drive with loads of movies for adults and kids, kitchen equipment etc. John and Kay also understand that it is the little things that make a stay more enjoyable. They provided a phone that had all the local numbers we needed stored (taxis, restaurants etc), provided a lot of information on surrounding attractions, honest restaurant reviews, a bike to get down to the local 7 eleven and even provided some swimming toys for our kids. Busaba Pool Villa's is located in the South of Hua Hin and is not near the beach, but for us the peaceful and quiet environment (it is a small gated community) was perfect. There is always a taxi waiting outside the complex that can take you the 7 minutes to town or the beach. In summary, if you are a couple / family / group looking for relaxing break at a modern villa with private pool, then look no further. We actually felt that the pictures on various websites do not do the villa justice - they are even nicer in person and the outdoor shower is a lovely touch after a day at the beach!

“Heaven on Earth” If you are looking for heaven, this is the place to find it. We had the pleasure to stay at Villa Jasmine for 3 weeks in february (7 adults and 2 children) We had the most wonderful time here and we wouldn't change a thing even if we could. The wonderful everyday breakfast and the incredible thai food, made by the most wonderful chefs/maids Sia and Nuch, was perfect down to the last detail. The two maids were also very helpful and took care of every need we might have. The rooms were fantastic, the infinity pool was fantastic, the view was fantastic. Everything about Villa Jasmine fantastic, from the booking to the departure. We will come back to this little peace of heaven again, no doubt about it. Thank you to all the people of Villa Jasmine

“very good!!!” We are going to Samui Summit Estate-180 Seavieq Pool Villa at 13 Feb 2014 to 18 Feb 2014 in Thailand .We have are 11 person to go to this Trip is our frist time , This villa bed room is very confortable and beautiful. In addition,they have the private swimming pool, we were drunk everynight and enjoy the this moment, beause you can get the paradise. The housekeeper andrew suggest the function with us.It can make us understand how to go this island . It's a good suggestion, and his wife Ponty prepare breakfast and dinner everyday,it's a good taste and good service! We will going to this villa again, if you want to have a good private journey with your friends and family, it's amazing trip.

“Great Stay” We spent our vacation at this villa for our first trip to Thailand. We loved the villa, the images are just as good as the real thing. I particularly liked the peacefulness of the location (in a cul de sac). We did have a bit of an ordeal with one of our children locking themselves in the bottom bedroom, however after a phone call to the manager all was sorted in a reasonable time. The villa could do with lighter duvets on the beds in my opinion although the air conditioners and fans countered this ok. The only thing I could see missing was there wasn't a blender available to make milkshakes etc. The in-house computer was handy to help organise our day trips too. We hired a car and bikes also and no issues there.

“Loved every moment!” It was our first trip to Thailand and we could not have found a better place to go than Busaba Villas. Every detail is thought of and taken care of. The villas are maintained to the highest level I have seen. It's the little touches that make this villa the best we have stayed in.... immaculate pool, magnificent villa with all amenities including comfy beds, DVD player and tons of latest movies to watch, owners provide a mobile phone with credit to use, high speed Wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, 24hr security on site, welcoming hosts to answer any querie...... everything you need and want you have at Busaba! What a wonderfully relaxing week of enjoying family time around the pool and chilling in luxury & comfort of Villa 7. Villa is close to town but not right in the middle of all the noise. It's ideally located, about 5 min by tuk tuk away. Mr Dang (taxi driver) is permanently at the villa gates waiting to take you anywhere you want to go. No need to hire a car. 7/11 & pharmacy are around the corner.....restaurants will delivery to you & food is good (if you want to stay in and enjoy the pool at night). John & Kay have a book of menus and suggestions for all their guests and are happy to answer any question you have. Customer service is excellent! We had a wonderful vacation in this fantastic villa & will be recommending it to our family & friends..... we will definitely be back to Busaba in a heartbeat! “Beyond Compare” We were 8 friends keen for a quick getaway over a long weekend in idyllic surrounds. Fortune shone brightly on us as we were recommended Villa Sarasuz as a possible option. We could not have chosen better. In fact, I find myself reluctant to even be further promoting it.. Previous commentators have already gushed appropriately at just how wonderful this property is. And it is. The images on the villa's site are true & Ya, the Villa's Manageress, a delightful addition to this home. Her cooking is delicious & attention to the finer details warmly welcomed. There's little need to leave the villa for dining options - I'm doubtful you will find better (Thai) food. Fresh produce, cooked to order & enjoyed al fresco in a gorgeous setting. This was the holiday we were after & we sure got it. 3 activities we undertook during our short stay & thoroughly enjoyed: * A trip to the Fisherman's Village for the Friday Night markets. Lively with great 'street food'. - Just 5 mins down the hill by cab. * Daily massages by the villa's pool. Heaven! * A movie at night in the home 'cinema' A memorable stay in a beautiful home. “Amazing location!” The apartment is perfect for a family. It's right in the middle of everything and close to the BTS which makes getting around a breeze. Yes, you can hear the trains, but that's because the station is so close. Our kids loved Terminal 21 - the huge mall about 5 mins walk away. Henry is great, professional and friendly. I thoroughly recommend this apartment.

“The perfect stay” We joined family friends for a week at Bann Kata Keeree and could not have been more happy with our stay. The house is set up perfectly for families and the staff is truly exceptional. We have leased many villas in many places over the past several years and have never found a better location and set-up. We look forward to our next visit.

“Perfect choice for Families with children, a dream Holiday” Villa Malee is extremely well managed, the staff is extremely efficient and if you want to have Phuket's best Thai Food, this is the place to go! Everything is so well thought of and one can feel that the owner did not try to make small savings here and there, you can feel the quality of everything provided in the house (towels, beddings etc...) We will definitely go back!

“Feels like home” Our experience with baan poolom has been first rate all the way through. Sally booked us in with effortless efficiency and the building manager khun Haarn friendly and polite settled us in well. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable and it is in an excellent spot. There are many places to eat and relax close at hand and plenty of things to do in the Hau Hin area generally so you can be busy or enjoy the peace and quiet as you desire. The beach is on your doorstep and is wide and clean. This is an excellent place for a family holiday and we are all going to be sad when we have to leave this wonderful place. Matt

“Absolutely fanastic!” Hanna's apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were traveling with 3 children under 5 yrs old and didn't need or require anything else, the apartment is so well kitted out! It was so lovely to come home to after the streets of Phuket. :-) Hanna provides heaps of information and always responded quickly throughout the very easy booking process, we couldn't have been happier.

“Can not wait to return” Fon is such a wonderful asset to the owner of this villa, she gives 100% to ensure the villa is maintained beautifully & to accommodate the guests. Fon is always happy and smiling and makes you feel so relaxed in her company. "C" the chef is an amazing cook, she made our meals each night, shame we can't fit her and Fon in our suitcase. The home is in such a quiet serene location & furnished beautifully, we were so comfortable & had such a happy time & felt at home. Many thanks, Annie & Dean.

“Fantastic Location and Service” We stayed at Henry's apartment for four nights just before Christmas with our teenagers (14 and 17). The location is fantastic - a short walk to the sky train and metro stations, shopping malls, great restaurants, etc. The traffic in the area is terrible so we were happy to be able to walk everywhere. The service was also some of the best we have had. Henry knows his business - daily maid service, a stocked kitchen with everything we asked for, airport transportation, etc. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The kids did have a battle choosing which room to take as the 'third bedroom' is actually off the master in-between the bedroom and the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Bangkok.

“Great villa, great pool!” We were 3 friends who all had a great stay in this nice villa. The outside pool was the main attraction for us, and it was very good. You have to take a taxi to get to the busy bar life at night time, and also to go to the beach during day time. But since we prefer our own pool, rather than the beach, this villa was great for us.

“1 week of relaxation in paradise” I stayed in Mountain Breeze Villa during a week in December with my mother, my brother and his family. Great place to spend time with your family in a cozy but at the same time luxury villa situated in a magical landscape. The scenery around the villa offers you a big variety- beautiful mountians, close to natural beaches and just a short ride from the amazing marine national park Khao Sam Roi Yot. The villa it self makes you feel like home with a well equipped kitchen, two big bed rooms,a luxury bathroom and even an outdoor pool and shower to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine veiwing the mountians. Service like supermarket, pharmacy, bars and resutaurants are nearby. I could highly recommend to stay in Mountain Breeze villa if you want to explore Thailand at its best.
