“Everything was awesome” My family recently booked this beautiful home. It exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is brand new. All the beds were nice and new and of course the back yard was incredible. It was so awesome we are already planning another visit in the fall. The price was great, the location and like I said the place is just awesome!

“Great Views - Comfy Place!” We enjoyed our week+ stay! We traveled with both granddaughters. They really enjoyed watching the barges and noting the differences in the variety. Having the intracoastal canal off the front porch and the canal at the back was nice. Kiddos fished and crabbed in the evenings and went to the beach during the day. Nearby Lake Jackson has any store you need! Don't pass up going to Sea Center of Texas in Lake Jackson. It is an amazing project by Texas Parks and Wildlife and is FREE. Be sure to do the hatchery tour while there. Nearby Buc-ee's provided inexpensive ice and daily ICEEs for the kids. We will definitely stay here again!

“Incredible experience! A luxurious cabin away from home in the” Wow, from the moment we made the booking our experience was outstanding. We were looking for a quiet, romantic retreat in the Hill Country close to the lake and stumbled across this place. It is an absolutely beautiful, cedar log cabin recently built nestled in the hills of Canyon Lake and only 10 minutes walk to the lake. The cabin is extremely well done with high-end fixtures and fittings and attention to all the details. They even provided corn to feed the numerous deer on the property and cedar planks (very appropriate) to cook salmon, trout etc. Unfortunately the fish weren't biting so we did not get to use them! The kids loved to explore the wooded area and the small creek running the length of the property kept them entertained for hours. Lots of good restaurants in the area including the Italian Garden and the Baja Grill located at the marina where we ate outside watching the spectacular sunsets over the lake. After dark we enjoyed time on the huge front porch star-gazing and strumming the guitar the hosts had graciously provided. This is really a wonderful and unique place and somewhere where we will certainly return.

“Wonderful stay” My family and I, took a short 2 day trip to Galveston and had a wonderful time! We stayed at the Intrepid house and it was perfect for us. We usually always stay at a hotel and will never go back to doing that after the wonderful time we had. Booking was a breeze and we had everything we needed!!
