“Home away from home!” We absolutely loved our stay at Bella Vista Cottage. The seclusion of being all by yourself out in the beautiful Texas hill country with the location's proximity to Fredericksburg and everything else the area has to offer was just perfect for us. We had so much more room than a standard hotel or B&B; in town along with all the luxuries we are used to at our own home. We actually looked forward to getting back to the cottage each evening and didn't want to leave when it was time to check out. We highly recommend Bella Vista Cottage and will return for sure. It was a true getaway that felt like our home away from home!

“Best Getaway yet!” My husband and I went here to get away from our busy life and take some much needed R&R.; Well that is exactly what we got from the time we arrived till the time we left. The room was amazing and the ambiance of the entire area leaves you wanting to go back. We went with the romance package for our stay and having a home made breakfast delivered to our door step was such a nice treat for myself as I am usually the one cooking. We also opted for a private yoga and one on one messages. Lots of great things to do like eat at fabulous restaurants and enjoy wineries and other elegant fun. Bethany assisted in finding all the fun things for us to do and it left me little to worry or plan.

“No WiFi available” The property is well located, very close to restaurants and shops. The drive to the beach is about 5 min. I was disappointed about not having wifi and when I called they said they were sending someone to check and that never happened in the 4 days we stayed there. We saw and killed 3 roaches.

“The Cottage at West 1077 = August 2013” We have stayed in Bandera almost every year since 1997 and this accomodation was by far the best we've ever experienced. A delightful, beautifully appointed cottage in the edge of the Hill Country State Natural area and just a short drive from the centre of 'The Cowboy Capital of the World'. The cottage boasts two bedrooms, a lovely bathroom, spacious lounge and even a well appointed kitchenette. The icing on the cake was the lovely porch complete with rocking chairs and table and chairs, perfect for watching the local wildlife and the sun set over the Hill Country. The owners, Mr & Mrs Kirchner, were really friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough for us. They ensured the cottage was topped up with fresh towels and made sure that our stay was as perfect as possible. All in all, we say without hesitation that we have found our Bandera 'home from home' and will visit again (and again)whenever we can. Thank you Mr & Mrs Kirchner, for letting us stay at your wonderful cottage!

“"Perfect little Get Away"” Let me start off by saying that Mark and Mary are awesome.Mark's communication thru the booking was great. When we arrived at the cottage is was everything that the add said it would be. Mark and Mary met us at the cottage with a big warm welcome. The cottage has everything that you will need,and it is beautifully decorated. Mary makes a wonderful breakfast for you to enjoy. Will be returning again.....Thanks Mark and Mary.....
