“Home away from home!” We absolutely loved our stay at Bella Vista Cottage. The seclusion of being all by yourself out in the beautiful Texas hill country with the location's proximity to Fredericksburg and everything else the area has to offer was just perfect for us. We had so much more room than a standard hotel or B&B; in town along with all the luxuries we are used to at our own home. We actually looked forward to getting back to the cottage each evening and didn't want to leave when it was time to check out. We highly recommend Bella Vista Cottage and will return for sure. It was a true getaway that felt like our home away from home!

“Great place to stay !” My family and I were impressed with the home the minute we walked in. Paola and aditya have done a great job making sure the home is extremely cozy and stocked with everything their guest needs and more. Paola was very helpful with directing us to some interesting spots in austin, and she made sure she was available if we needed anything while we were visiting. The design of the home is very unique and spotless so we felt like we were getting more. We will definitely visit again. Thanks Paola for your trendy touches in the home and the way you made sure we were happy!

“Wonderful, wonderful...” This is a great place to stay. Cheryl is very easy to work with and she answered any questions we had very promptly. The view really is spectacular. The beach is right out the front door. We have small children and the location was great. We were able to head straight out our door and were only a few steps from the beach. The swimming pool in the complex is really nice. I like the fact that the Tiki is small and feels quaint. We would definitely stay again!!

“Very positive experience” We needed a place to stay for our family and since we have two toddlers we wanted to avoid to stay in a small hotel room for two weeks. The solution we found was perfect. The house is fully equipped and has a lot of space for a family. The owner was most helpful in providing for our needs (he provided us for example with cribs and booster chairs). The would happily stay in this property again!

“Great Views - Comfy Place!” We enjoyed our week+ stay! We traveled with both granddaughters. They really enjoyed watching the barges and noting the differences in the variety. Having the intracoastal canal off the front porch and the canal at the back was nice. Kiddos fished and crabbed in the evenings and went to the beach during the day. Nearby Lake Jackson has any store you need! Don't pass up going to Sea Center of Texas in Lake Jackson. It is an amazing project by Texas Parks and Wildlife and is FREE. Be sure to do the hatchery tour while there. Nearby Buc-ee's provided inexpensive ice and daily ICEEs for the kids. We will definitely stay here again!

“The Cottage at West 1077 = August 2013” We have stayed in Bandera almost every year since 1997 and this accomodation was by far the best we've ever experienced. A delightful, beautifully appointed cottage in the edge of the Hill Country State Natural area and just a short drive from the centre of 'The Cowboy Capital of the World'. The cottage boasts two bedrooms, a lovely bathroom, spacious lounge and even a well appointed kitchenette. The icing on the cake was the lovely porch complete with rocking chairs and table and chairs, perfect for watching the local wildlife and the sun set over the Hill Country. The owners, Mr & Mrs Kirchner, were really friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough for us. They ensured the cottage was topped up with fresh towels and made sure that our stay was as perfect as possible. All in all, we say without hesitation that we have found our Bandera 'home from home' and will visit again (and again)whenever we can. Thank you Mr & Mrs Kirchner, for letting us stay at your wonderful cottage!
