“Very nice unit located in the middle of everything to do at SPI!” Everything was as advertised. Really enjoyed our stay. We will return again next year. We had 4 adults so the guest bedroom beds are really designed for kids so a bit small for adults.

“Great value, very comfortable!” We stayed here for our son's Air Force Basic graduation and found the home to be very centrally located for easy access to both Lackland AFB and Downtown River Walk. The house is well apportioned, two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and a nice living room, bathroom, and smaller kitchen dining room downstairs. There is a small fenced back yard with a patio, table and 4 chairs. Close by to this home is all kinds of restaurants and stores including an HEB for groceries. All in all, I highly recommend the this home and homeowner, Mayela, because she delivered everything she promised, the house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals, and we felt safe in a gated community. One item to note, the driveway is steep and the garage is smaller, so parking on the street is a small concession if you can't fit in the garage. We rented a mini van and it fit in the garage, it just takes a careful approach. I would rent here again.

“Beach fun” Love the beach house! It was directly across from the beach and you can sit on the front porch and watch the waves come in. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you could possibly need and there was a washer and dryer. We will definitely be back! Thank you Brenda!

“Amazing Place and perfect location” We really had a wonderful stay at the Museum House. Hans was there to great us at the arrival and the house was spectacular. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures in the listing. We used the kitchen for breakfast and the counter and dinner at the large glass table. The kitchen had everything we needed. Since the weather was cold we did not use the pool but the outdoors are really beautiful. I walked to all the museums in the area while my husband had business in downtown. Don't miss the live Butterfly Exhibit, also in walking distance. I did not know that Houston had so much to offer and we definitely would like to stay again at the Museum House when we come back to Houston. We were lucky that it was available for our dates. “The Watermelon House” My family and I feel in love with the watermelon house! The house was in a great location! The house was clean, will -kept, and the AC system worked well! The house provided everything we needed and more which I was impressed with! The owner was always available and the check-in and out instructions were easy! Beautiful house! My family and I will definitely be back to the watermelon house in the future!
