“Beautiful property with healing energy” After attending a retreat at Living Waters, I was excited about facilitating a retreat myself there one day. Bethany made the process easy-- from concept to marketing, from planning to refining. The moment the retreat participants arrived on property, they were instantly transcended to a healing place. We immensely enjoyed our time outdoors, cozied up in our spots indoors, and formed lasting friendships that were nurtured by the beauty of this property. I can't wait to host my next retreat!

“Great place to stay !” My family and I were impressed with the home the minute we walked in. Paola and aditya have done a great job making sure the home is extremely cozy and stocked with everything their guest needs and more. Paola was very helpful with directing us to some interesting spots in austin, and she made sure she was available if we needed anything while we were visiting. The design of the home is very unique and spotless so we felt like we were getting more. We will definitely visit again. “Very positive experience” We needed a place to stay for our family and since we have two toddlers we wanted to avoid to stay in a small hotel room for two weeks. The solution we found was perfect. The house is fully equipped and has a lot of space for a family. The owner was most helpful in providing for our needs (he provided us for example with cribs and booster chairs). The would happily stay in this property again!

“Charming austin House” This was a perfect house for our long weekend in austin! The house was super clean, safe and only about a 10 min drive down to sixth street ($15 cab ride). The owner was also helpful and friendly during the booking process, as well as before check-in / after check-out.

“Incredible experience! A luxurious cabin away from home in the” Wow, from the moment we made the booking our experience was outstanding. We were looking for a quiet, romantic retreat in the Hill Country close to the lake and stumbled across this place. It is an absolutely beautiful, cedar log cabin recently built nestled in the hills of Canyon Lake and only 10 minutes walk to the lake. The cabin is extremely well done with high-end fixtures and fittings and attention to all the details. They even provided corn to feed the numerous deer on the property and cedar planks (very appropriate) to cook salmon, trout etc. Unfortunately the fish weren't biting so we did not get to use them! The kids loved to explore the wooded area and the small creek running the length of the property kept them entertained for hours. Lots of good restaurants in the area including the Italian Garden and the Baja Grill located at the marina where we ate outside watching the spectacular sunsets over the lake. After dark we enjoyed time on the huge front porch star-gazing and strumming the guitar the hosts had graciously provided. This is really a wonderful and unique place and somewhere where we will certainly return.

“Great location and space!” My husband and I enjoyed our stay while visiting our daughters in austin. The rental is very neat and had all of the amenities to cook a meal for our daughters and a few of their friends. The patio deck was also a nice feature, we enjoyed morning coffee on the pation. The location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops.

“Fabulous stay in central austin!” My sisters and I rented this adorable guest house for the weekend, and couldn't have been happier. It is in a very cool/pretty/historic part of austin, Hyde Park, and minutes from everything (10 minutes to downtown, UT campus, shopping, food, etc.). The house itself is very clean and comfortable- they've done a great job restoring it while keeping the charm of an older home. There's even a claw foot bathtub. Both bedrooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. We also used the pull-out couch which was very comfortable as well. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size fridge, stove, plates, cups etc. It's not huge, but big enough for breakfast and besides, you're in austin- go out and try the amazing food! As an added bonus, there is one parking space included (rare in austin), and plenty of street parking, which made things very easy. I have absolutely no complaints about the property or working with the owner. He was very helpful and informative, and made our stay very easy. I highly recommend staying here!!

“Delightful stay!” What a delightful stay! The apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated, warm and had everything needed for a home away from home. Great kitchen, comfortable bed ... all good! It is situated in a gorgeous part of austin and a lovely place to walk around. Having supermarkets and local restaurants walking distance made life very easy! It was also easy to get to whatever else austin has to offer from there. We had a ball. Pete was always most helpful. We'll be back! Thanks Pete. I didn't want to leave!

“Hyde Park, a wonderful place to park” We enjoyed our stay for five weeks in February. Would that the weather had been better to allow us more time to investigate the neighborhood and city. It is a lovely quiet neighborhood, lots of quiet streets to walk, stores nearby. Pete was the consummate host - responding to our every email, taking care of small items that we addressed. The reservation process was fast and very efficient, with no problems. The security deposit was refunded the same day we left. The unit is sparkingly clean, a big kitchen and small office with a back yard to enjoy in better weather. It is a 1915 or so house so don't expect triple track windows and ultra modern conveniences. Plenty of closet space and attractively decorated. The front door has no key but a pass code - less keys to keep track of. Laundry is on the premises. The only disadvantage for senior citizens is a claw footed bathtub that might be difficult to get in and out of. Otherwise, we have nothing but kudos for Pete and his rental. We hope to return there next year.

“Best Getaway yet!” My husband and I went here to get away from our busy life and take some much needed R&R.; Well that is exactly what we got from the time we arrived till the time we left. The room was amazing and the ambiance of the entire area leaves you wanting to go back. We went with the romance package for our stay and having a home made breakfast delivered to our door step was such a nice treat for myself as I am usually the one cooking. We also opted for a private yoga and one on one messages. Lots of great things to do like eat at fabulous restaurants and enjoy wineries and other elegant fun. Bethany assisted in finding all the fun things for us to do and it left me little to worry or plan.
