How we sort results
Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.

“Amazing apartment in a perfect location” We travelled to Taiwan to adopt our 3rd son. I was very hesitant to rent an apartment vs. a hotel but I am so glad we took the risk. We brought our 2 other children with us for a total of 5 people staying in the apartment. It was very spacious and the apartment had all the conveniences of home. You do not need to bring a thing (I packed an umbrella and blow dryer but they were not needed as Cherry had them in the apartment already). The pictures don't do it justice. It is a beautiful apartment with fantastic views. The apartment is clean, organized, and conveniently located. Every day we were there we walked to Sogo, restaurants, coffee and tea houses, 2 parks with playgrounds, and the MRT. Shilin district is probably the best district to be in. Cherry thinks of everything. She is kind, responsive, and very professional. When we go to Taipei again, we will definitely stay here. I have also recommended the apartment to our adoption agency for other families travelling to Taiwan to finalize their adoption. Great stress free location to be in!
