“Truly Exceptional Property!” Villa Sunrose was a truly exceptional property. The villa was exceedingly well appointed, very tasteful and spacious. All the bedrooms were extremely well decorated and comfortable, and the cottage was a once in a lifetime experience. The main living areas and kitchen were spacious and beautiful, and accommodated our group wonderfully. The owners have thought of everything, and make your stay warm and inviting, from having beach chairs and coolers to kitchen supplies ready for your use. Like the inside, the outdoor decks/living areas went far beyond our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the hammocks, glider and chairs, and meals and games at the outdoor tables. The views from all the decks of St. John and the BVIs were breathtaking day and night. The binoculars were a fabulous treat. The decks, like the inside, were so very well appointed and decorated, and we truly enjoyed all the small touches throughout the many decks.The kids loved the pool, and we adults appreciated the ample covered decking to enjoy the outside while taking a break from the sun. The outdoor shower was a hit, the boys and dads especially loved this. Thank you for a truly exceptional stay at your villa. Your graciousness and sharing of your exceptional property have left us all with a trip of a lifetime.

“The perfect place in Red Hook” My wife and I have stayed in several places in Red Hook and we finally found the perfect place. June and Steve have built themselves a wonderful retreat. June had great communication when we were setting up the rental. She met us at the security gate and welcomed us to their estate. June and Steve built this retreat from the ground up (ask them to show you the pictures). As my wife and I wheeled our suitcases over the beautiful tile we looked to our left and the scene open up to the gorgeous view of Vessup Harbor and St. John. We both stopped and enjoyed the view. It was breathtaking!!! Then we entered the home and were overwhelmed. The home is huge. There are 2 bedrooms, one on each side of the home seperated by the living room and kitchen. If you have 4 people staying here you have total privacy. We had all the double doors open all day and night and did not close them until we went to bed. The breese was perfect. This home is very, very clean. June has a maid come in mid week and change linens and dust and sweep. The place is very safe with security gate at the entrance. The wrap around deck is gorgeous!! The home overlooks the town of Red Hook and the harbor. We rented a car and visited our favorite beaches and went to the store. We like the Food Center about a mile from the home. June turned us on to a great little restaurant called XO Bistro at the bottom of the hill in Red Hook. Fabulous-we ate there 5 times. We watched the TV at night (cold Chicago bears game) with the doors open and St. John was all light up and you can see it from the living room. Look no futher to stay if you are coming to Saint Thomas! June will provide you with extra towels and anythings else you need. She is the perfect hostess. Please get to know her..she is a riot. We cryed when we had to leave (10 degrees in Chicago). The reason this place has so many good reviews is because it is the best! This is the tropical retreat that you dream about!!

“Breath taking views - Serene atmosphere - Perfectly relaxing” Our stay at Spirit on the Water was absolutely the best vacation we've taken! It was so much more than we expected. It was private, peaceful, and serene. The views were breath taking. You look out from the various balconies and decks over the beautiful infinity pool and beyond you see the islands in the distance. The gardens are lush and orchids bloom from the surrounding trees. The pool could not have been more perfect. It's structured so you can lay in your lounger while in the pool working on your tan. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an outdoor grill we used several times that was very nice. Air conditioning was available in our room but due to the continual breeze it was never necessary. Spirit on the Water is centrally located. It took us about 10 to 15 minutes to get there from the airport. It was a 5 minute drive to Megan's Bay, the local Country Club and the marina.

“Couldn't have picked a better spot!” We came to St Thomas for a beach wedding. We decided to get married by the pool and it couldn't have been more perfect! The house is wonderful! And the view!! WOW! Perfect! Mr. Duncan and Mr. Kabuka were so very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be frequent visitors!

“Absolutely Amazing Time” My family and I had an amazing stay and many adventures on beautiful St Thomas. I'm the official travel agent for my family, so when their jaws hit the ground as we walked into Rick and Steve's home I was more than pleased with my decision to stay there. My 6 year old niece LOVED the pool and my nephew became best friends with the resident dog, "Rocky". The house was absolutely amazing and the location was perfect for my family. In addition the kindness and warmth of the owners truly made our vacation an unforgettable trip with memories that would last a life time. By far the best family vacation to date and everyone keeps asking, "When are we going back?" Highly recommend staying in this lovely location and home.
