Beach apartments and villas in Sandy Bay

“Relax and Unwind” This beach-front apartment is well located for a relaxing break. The beach has soft sand and doesn't seem to get too busy, even though we were there during the school summer holidays. There are a few bars/restaurants at the next bay along (towards town), where there is also a busier beach. It is possible to walk into the centre of town in around 40 minutes, or there are reasonably regular buses. The apartment itself is well-equipped and secure. There is a lovely large terrace overlooking the beach which is a very nice place to sit and have breakfast/lunch in the sunshine. As the location is on the eastern side of Gibraltar, the terrace does not get the sun in the evenings (and the sun has gone from the beach by around 6pm in summer). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and plan to return next year.
