“Comfort and rexalation at its best !” Upon arrival my son, nephew and I were delightfully greeted with a sparkling clean and inviting home. We enjoyed the quiet of the back yard and the spacious, airy kitchen. My room pampered me with bright sunny mornings and let me tell you...that bath tub was like a swimming pool. Wqw! Popping out to the street, we found everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great food, grocery stores, shops, parks (stunning views of the city) and right across the street a wonderful meat market with small picks of delicious high-end mouth-watering items. Their home had everything needed for a fabulous stay. I can't wait to return. Thankyou again. We had a wonderful time.

“Perfect holiday” From our first enquiry we were happy with our choice, David was friendly, very polite and helpful with all aspects of the booking. The apartment itself was just as described and we felt at home very quickly. The apartment was perfectly clean and very well equipped with everything ( and more) you would need, and the information pack was excellent and we used it to make the most of our stay. The garden was lovely with seating and a barbecue area. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot water was plentiful. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of many of the famous sights - we didn't hire a car and either walked or used the local bus. There is a great supermarket just two minutes away and we also enjoyed the Sunday Farmers Market nearby. There is a beauty shop next to the supermarket and I enjoyed a mani/pedi there. Lots of other shops and restaurants nearby, we especially enjoyed the Bean Bag Cafe for brunch and across the road from the cafe is a cycle shop that sells beer and food. My husband cycles so he thought that was heaven! We wouldn't stay anywhere else in San Francisco and heartily recommend this apartment for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I liked best the comfort and I liked least that the apartment was a little dark. There were plenty of lights to put on, but we think its a north/south thing. In hot countries most homes are darker than we are used to, in Scotland where we live, houses are full of natural light because having too hot a house due to excessive sunshine is not a problem. Lol. This did not affect our enjoyment of the apartment it's just a different style. We heartily recommend this apartment if you want a very comfortable holiday home in a great location.

“Fabulous little gem! Love this place!” This was the second time I've stayed at this apartment and I can honestly say the experience was even better than the first time which I didn't think was possible. The apartment has every amenity you can think of including a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a safe and even a laptop with WiFi Internet access, printer, and camera so you can Skype. This apartment is perfectly appointed for a long-term stay. There's a wide selection of movies including many filmed in San Francisco as well as lots of books, travel guides and maps. The bed is incredibly comfortable and I always get the best sleep while I'm here. The location is excellent if you want to be in a more residential area as opposed to a downtown location. Noe Valley is vibrant and hip with lots of independently owned-coffee shops, stores, markets, etc. I like it because as a woman traveling alone I feel extremely safe. Rachel and Jeff are the owners and are hands down the factor that makes this such a wonderful rental. They go out of their way to make everything comfortable and inviting like having fresh-cut flowers inside when you arrive. They are friendly and available to answer questions but aren't overly instrusive. Did I mention the Clipper pass? They even provide a pre-paid card that allows you to ride the buses, light-rail, and cable cars at no expense to you. Out back is a lovely garden with benches, chairs, lovely plants and flowers. Very charming and comfortable. My only reservation about writing such an honestly glowing review is that the apartment won't be available next time I come! My husband and I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many rental apartments, condos, and houses. This is one of the best and I give it my highest recommendation. Thanks Rachel and Jeff for another great stay!!
