“Perfect Retreat!!!” What a beautiful place, so well designed with every detail considered. The accommodations were perfect; we had everything we needed, and then some. Of course the views of the ocean were magnificent, but so were the views of the property, from every angle. The location is great; close to town, but not too close. Some days we never left Magia, enjoying the pool, cooking meals in the wonderful kitchen, and feeling the gentle breezes fill the veranda. Other days, we could easily venture into town for some local food and talk. We can't wait until we can stay again.

“great view sunsets were incredible” The property was first rate from the initial booking, to handling our requested extras to meeting on site for a tour and explanation of property features to an on time cleaning crew. The property was ready to go the minute our party of six adults and three children (two were toddlers) arrived. The house and grounds were completely as promised and as shown in the photos with: • full aC, screens and fans, great TV and stereo system, • three bedrooms 2 up, 1 down, all are en-suite, all have showers, • master suite is huge with a great terrace looking over the pool and out to the ocean, • comfortable beds and linens, more than enough towels etc., complete and well stocked kitchen, beer fridge • dining room can handle ten plus five at the kitchen tabe, • fabulous pool (80 degrees plus) , a pool ramp area that works great for toddlers, • full sized BBQ beside the pool • a complete range of pool seating and recliners, expansive pool deck, huge supply of beach towels and kids toys, • parking in driveway for two cars in a quiet residential neighborhood that is an easy trip down to the town center in golf car • fabulous western exposure, some long distance whale watching and gorgeous sunsets, •250 yards to the beach, great sand and views Great for beach combing, walking and wading.

“Best Place in Nuevo Vallarta” Brad and Joey Condo #1302: We loved your condo and had a great trip. This was our 7th trip to various sites in Mexico (4 in Nuevo Vallarta). Lve is the nicest place we've stayed. The condo is well appointed. There is an extra level of service here that one doesn't receive at other condo rentals. It was nice to be able to visit the market each morning for coffee. We played tennis or went to the gym each morning, then headed to the beach for the day. The 3rd floor unit was the perfect height; people couldn't see in, we could leave the doors open, but still run up the stairs. Although we've never felt unsafe in Mexico, it was nice to see hotel staff standing at all entrances.The concierge and bell hops were helpful with questions and reservations. Everyone always had a smile and good attitude. The proximity to Bucerias was a plus. Brad and Joey were easy to work with and well organized. We hope to return.

“Better than home” I stay at only 5 star resorts. I've not been one to do rentals... until I found this one! Now I stay 1 -2 times a year. It is great for a couple's retreat, a group of friends or your family - children included.I've done all of these many times. I know reviews are hard to believe bc you cannot know the person giving them but I guarantee the condo would meet the highest standard.
