“Best Place in Nuevo Vallarta” Brad and Joey Condo #1302: We loved your condo and had a great trip. This was our 7th trip to various sites in Mexico (4 in Nuevo Vallarta). Lve is the nicest place we've stayed. The condo is well appointed. There is an extra level of service here that one doesn't receive at other condo rentals. It was nice to be able to visit the market each morning for coffee. We played tennis or went to the gym each morning, then headed to the beach for the day. The 3rd floor unit was the perfect height; people couldn't see in, we could leave the doors open, but still run up the stairs. Although we've never felt unsafe in Mexico, it was nice to see hotel staff standing at all entrances.The concierge and bell hops were helpful with questions and reservations. Everyone always had a smile and good attitude. The proximity to Bucerias was a plus. Brad and Joey were easy to work with and well organized. We hope to return.

“Better than home” I stay at only 5 star resorts. I've not been one to do rentals... until I found this one! Now I stay 1 -2 times a year. It is great for a couple's retreat, a group of friends or your family - children included.I've done all of these many times. I know reviews are hard to believe bc you cannot know the person giving them but I guarantee the condo would meet the highest standard.

“We had a most relaxing holiday in a superb penthouse!” This is a most characterful penthouse with a superb open plan upper floor. The views are wonderful, combining a marina, distant mountains and sea lions and dolphins below. Access to the beaches are just 5 minutes away. We had a wonderful holiday here, much of it spent in the penthouse looking out over the marina - drinks on the balcony or alongside the hanging bed and chiminea at night. Highly recommended - would visit again anytime.

“A Fabulously Exquisite Vacation Rental” We enjoyed a fabulous time at Villa La Estancia. The staff was exceptionally courteous and responded quickly to our requests and needs. Room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were very thorough. The on-site restaurant served a delicious cuisine, and the entertainment was superb. The owner was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this property for a romantic getaway or for just a comfortable relaxing vacation.
