“Hospitable, super clean and perfect location” Centrally located in the historic area within walking distances to the major attractions, restaurants and shopping. Very spacious. Daniel is warm, social host that proves much information. The apartment is bigger than I imagined with many amenities such as washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The security guards are a great help. Per the description, it is a two story flat. If you have trouble with stairs, it may not be a choice. I would recommend this rental to my best friend. For a small amount, Daniel provides transportation from the airport. Since we arrived near midnight, this was a great help.

“Well presented and in a great location.” We stayed 4 nights in this great apartment within easy walking distance of Old Quito. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it good for the 4 of us. Everythng we needed to make a meal was there, was clean and worked, though the internet was really slow and we couldn't get the TV to work. Our hosts were great and arranged our transfers to and from the airpor for good value.

“Our wonderful trip to Quito Ecuador Nov. 2013” My husband and I are from London Ontario Canada we had never been to Ecuador before. After booking our flights we started our search for a place to stay. We found this place online and emailed them right away. Wolfgang and andi answered us that very day. They were so helpful with idea's etc. They had a driver pick us up at the airport and take us to our new home for a week. This same guy drove us for 7 hours out to there wonderful beach house for our second week and he picked us up the following Sat. and brought us back to our hotel for our last night before we flu back to Canada the next day. These people and many others along the way made our trip wonderful. We can not wait to go back!

“***Magical place” Magical pleace I spent my vacation in this beautiful house, which is located a short distance from Ecuador's capital city Quito and situated at the North-South crossroads. It was the perfect place to get to know the country, the city and the local customs. Vicky, the owner and her daughter Pamela live in a separate house on the property. They were very helpful in planning my sightseeing trip. Taxicabs, car rental and travel agencies are nearby, a big help for tourists from a foreign country. It is the perfect place to rest and enjoy the spectacular view of the valley and the snowcapped Cotopaxi volcano. I especially enjoyed the lovely gardens and the very clean and perfectly heated lap pool. Both are meticulously maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and an outdoor grill is available to prepare barbeques. I escaped the cold weather in Europe with a vacation in the land of Hummingbirds and eternal springtime. The weather was perfect, but one has to be careful with sun exposure. Bring your sunscreen. I hope to return to this magical place next year.
