“Great Location! Nice owners and staff!” Everything was great, except no hot water in the shower! Maybe the shower needs to be replaced because the sink can get hot water? I would stay there again because of the nice owners, staff and location!

“Never a hotel again! :)” I had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful apartment in Miraflores for 17 days. And all I can say is I could never imagine staying in a hotel again! This apartment had everything and for less than half the price of a hotel room... a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a large flat screen TV and DVD player, and stereo, comfortable couches (one even with a pull out bed), a nice bathroom, and a very comfortable and spacious bedroom with a large bed. And to top all this off... there is a great view of the ocean from the bedroom! The 24 hour door staff is very helpful, and with a walk of 2 minutes and you are staring at the beach! It is a beautiful and safe area with plenty of shopping and transportation options just outside the door. In addition the owners were a pleasure to deal with... and it is one of the rare times when the owners actually care that you are comfortable and have a pleasant stay! I highly recommend staying in this apartment... by any standards it is more than comfortable, safe, and convenient... as an american that has traveled with work, and stayed in apartments throughout Europe, this surpasses any of them, and the price is unbeatable.

“Comfortable & Secure” After many business trips and having stayed in several Lima Hotels we finally found a great place to stay. Comfortable, secure, quiet & affordable are some of the things that come to mind about the apartment. Perfect location for the traveller who knows the amenities of Miraflores, e.g. Wong's - groceries, Chef's Cafe, Pardos, Pasteleria San antonio, Ripley's, etc.
