“Cosy small studio for a couple, in central seaside location” The studio is really small, but there is everythig you would need. The kitchen is well equiped and also bathroom was OK, even with a bit older furnishing. The owner is very kind and helpful. Its just 5 minutes of walk to the beach and as it is close to busy streets, you can find everything necessary close - supermarkets, pharmacy, bike rentals, etc.

“Very spacious and immaculate” Ron was a great host; always prompt in replying to our questions before, during and after booking. The area is quiet and restful yet we were close enough to enough to walk to the store for supplies. The bath is large and also offers a washing machine! The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals you could choose to eat on the covered patio or the dining room. the two large bed rooms offered comfortable sleeping. “Hi & Authentic Apartment in Ajami” My husband and I stayed in the newly renovated 2 bedroom spacious, apartment which shares a communal entrance. The apartment is on the first floor which overlooks a park, with views of the ocean and ample parking. The decor is fresh and has a hip urban feel. The stunning authentic floor tiles in every room, the high ceilings, the spacious main bedroom and the large balcony gives the apartment a luxurious feel. The apartment was spotless. The modern kitchen included top of the range appliances: a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven and 2 plate stove. I loved the linen it was crisp, and the bed was so comfortable. The washing machine came in handy. The nights were chilly and the powerful heating system was great! The wifi was fast and the welcome goodies and wine were delicious. We loved walking along the beachfront. Ajami has and incredible vibe. It is a heartbeat away from Old City and the sweat of Tel Aviv. We loved the mix of Arabs, Christians and Jews. The local restaurants serving delicious food were too many to choose from. Irit, the owner was always available and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this apartment, for the price it is unbeatable!

“Fantastic place, and lovely people” The flat is in a great location in the German Colony. It's quiet, clean, in good condition, and very homely. It looks just as it appears in the photos. The free parking is a real bonus for Jerusalem. The best thing, though, are the people who own the flat. They were extremely helpful and welcoming, and really went the extra mile, including a classical concert ticket, and even a home baked chocolate cake! In short, highly recommended.
