“Luxury on the beach !” You cannot get closer to the beach than this! The proximity to Tel -Aviv is unbeatable- 10 minutes on the highway! Bat Yam is an excellent alternative to staying in Tel Aviv- because Tel Aviv is significantly pricier, does not come with parking and has tons of traffic. Taking a cab from Bat Yam to Tel-Aviv is also very easy and reasonable. I spent 10 nights with my extended family ( 7 other guests) at Gavriel's apartment in Bat Yam-,everyone had a wonderful time. The apartment is exactly as described in the ad. This apartment was unique in that it actually had beds for 8 (not like most other ads). Gavriel is extremely responsive (as this is his own property, he is not a broker of many properties, which is quite common). For example, a lightbulb in the master bedroom burnt out the first night, although Gavriel had already left, he managed to have it replaced within 5 minutes by a friendly neighbor! The apartment is situated on the 20th floor with stunning views of the ocean, there is a full time doorman 24/7, and on site parking for one vehicle. The apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer ( critical for a large group) and even a dishwasher- also very helpful when trying to clean up quickly after breakfast! He also provided us with 3 sets of keys which was very helpful as we were a large group and would often separate into smaller groups during the day. Gavriel is reliable, friendly and honest. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in or around Tel Aviv.

“Fabulous Dubai pied a terre” This apartment is just lovely with a balcony over looking the beach and a communal swimming pool! The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful, he sent us information on local restaurants, interesting sights to see and even told us the shop in front delivered groceries (comes very handy if you don't want to carry bottles of water). The beach is across the street and has many restaurants and shops which makes this place a great location to stay in. I will definitely be staying here again!

“At home in Jerusalem” I can't agree more with the previous review. We are a group of 4 adults who rented the apartment for 2 weeks in april-May 2012, and we love our stay there. Both the owners from the us (Karen and David) and the hosts in Jerusalem (Yossi and his lovely daughter) made sure we had everything we need, and couldn't be more gracious. The apartment is nice and spacious, in a very quiet neighborhood, and conveniently close to a pharmacy and a supermarket. We didn't have a car, but there are direct buses from there to the Light Rail Train, which makes it really easy to get to all major tourist destinations. We really felt at home there, especially in the evenings, after spending our days wandering the streets of Jerusalem.

“Very small, but good for a short stay.” Beautiful quiet street in Raanana. Nice little outdoor area where we would eat meals. Perfectly clean. Ruthie, the owner, lives next door, is very nice and accommodating. Even provided liter of milk and box of cookies, and ice cubes. There were utensiles for dairy, and lots of paper plates, plastic cutlery, paper towels and soap,kitchen towels, shampoo, conditioner, and even new sponges.. Check your reservation carefully. The computer threw out our reservation, when we re-booked we didn't notice that it said one person instead of 2. The agent hassled us but the owner said it was ok. If you need an extra hour or two ask the owner, not the agent. Only half hour bus ride to Herzliya Marina which is lovely, especially at night, with good restaurants.
