I'm sorry your stay was problematic, however many other guests have had repeated pleasant stays in the apartment.
With reference to other tenants in the apartment block, I am afraid it is not something I can control. My agent did inform me that you had raised a complaint about noisy neighbours and that the community secretary recommended that you lodge a formal complaint with the local Police as that is the procedure in Spain. On hearing about your complaint I immediately raised it with the Secretary and the Block managers, who also recommended that you lodge a formal complaint with the local Police. In addition the block managers will be contacting the owner of that apartment about his tenants.
No other guest has complained about the bathroom or the other issues you mention. I will be immediately investigating these things with a view to remedying them asap.
I want to make sure my guests have a good holiday and obviously on this occasion you feel you have been let down. If you contact me directly we can discuss some form of compensation as a sign of good will.
