“My Beach Time!” I would like to thank Lauren for assisting my group in our retreat to Tybee Island. My Beach Time was in an excellent location as we were within walking distance of everything great! The rental stated to sleep 6 and my group of 5 stayed comfortably. The beach was 5-7 minute walk from our place which was full of charm. Pros: Location, location, location! Pricing. Assistance from manager Cons: Nothing at all! Bottom Line: My group made it work but the only thing about this place is that I would recommend either 1-2 couples or small families rent this property. Since this particular unit was upstairs, people with leg issues should probably look elsewhere; however, Lauren has quite a host of properties so I'm sure she has something for any and everyone. As for my group, we had a blast and we are anxiously looking forward to returning next summer!

“Nice Location” The townhouse is a little older, but still a nice stay. Cleaning crew could be better. Forgot to start the dishwasher and food was left in the microwave from the previous renter. Plenty of towels and blankets. Was just what we needed for a short weekend stay.
