“Everything as advertised” My stepmother and I rented this cabin so that we could spend some girl time over a long weekend. The cabin was everything as advertised and perfect for our purposes. The loft was spacious and the bedroom was plenty big. It was just the perfect size for the two of us. It was situated far enough away from Galax that it was peaceful and scenic but close enough that we could easily drive to the New River Trail (which is great for walking and biking)and local restaraunts. The local people were also a highlight of our trip as everyone extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside for me was the lack of internet access and our phones had zero signal. We actually had to drive to the I-77 intersection in order to call home.
