Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Wonderful House !” We stayed at Dar Beida for 7 days. It was great! We were 6 people and we really had enough space. The house is settled directly in the Medina, only fwe minutes to the beache.
We really can recommend Emma, she always tried to help us with any problems and she gave us some brillant advices!!!
“A great place to relax and stock up on some sunshine!” Dar Emma is a beautiful little three-story patio house in the middle of Essaouira's medina. Emma, who owns the place, is a very good host, she organized the transfer for us and took the time to show us around in town.
Amina, who lives close, came in every day to clean the house - an excellent service. She even cooked dinner for us one night: we had beef with prunes, a typical moroccon dish - delicious!
We enjoyed strolling around the lively town, having coffee at the main plaza as much as observing the fishermen at the harbour or walking along the beach. On Emma's advice we went to cooking classes, which was a great experience!
