“Great spot for a family” The location was within walking distance of Encinidas and yet on the beach. The area felt safe. We had one car between two families so when we went two directions, there were places accessible by foot and lots to do right at the condo. Great hot tub and pool (the pool was a little cold but refreshing if the day was hot). We found the unit to be spacious,clean and generally well equipped. There were a few minor issues that needed attention when we arrived, but our phone call to the management was rewarded with very prompt service. We could tell the owners have a lot of pride in their property and desire that their guests have a positive experience.

“Amazing house with amazing views!!” My family and I stayed for a week, and we loved every minute of our stay. There were 3 couples and 1 baby. We all had our own space, and the house had everything we needed. The patio was a favorite hang out for everyone and we spent each night watching the sunset and the surfers. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room looking out to an unobstructed ocean view was amazing - the beautiful view made it hard to leave the house each day! The house was as advertised and more! Seems like Chris has thought of everything you could need. I would definitely like to come back and stay again - one week is not enough! Thank you Chris for an awesome vacation rental!!
