“One of the most relaxing vacations we ever had.” The outside of the house fools you. It is spacious and laid out perfectly. The kitchen is amazing. Great view of the ocean. Very relaxing vacation. The only thing I would change if it were my house... I would extend the first bedroom on the right when you enter to give it a full bath. The kitchen wouldn't suffer the loss since it is so big. You would have 2 master bedrooms. Still, it is perfect the way it is. Love it and hope to come back.

“Month Rental of Crystal Charm West” Beautiful Home and view. Thanks to Kevin & the owners for working with me on a month-long rental at government per diem rate. Thanks too for flexibility on number of days. Will try and do it again sometime in Sept-Oct-Nov. Also have 25 other folks looking to do the same thing. - House is well equipped and has everything needed for an extended stay. - Master bedroom door to balcony would not open. - Master bedroom carpet near door was stained from previous water intrusion. Appreciate all your help with a great stay in EI.

“One word: AWESOME!!!” You cannot ask for a better vacation experience! Whether it is a long weekend or a full week, the staff at Shorewood will always be friendly, professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The website makes the search for a vacation site so easy, but the staff provide a personal touch in their effort to make guests feel welcome and at home. I have vacationed in a various Shorewood properties: an oceanview duplex, an oceanfront home and a condo. Each experience was wonderful and the beach is amazing in every season!! I most recently vacationed at Pebble Beach and spent a wonderful week that there. It is everything as presented on the website and so much more!!! The homeowner takes great pride in providing a beach home experience that definitely creates great vacation memories. There are many property management agencies in the area, but Shorewood is my only choice when planning a vacation.

“Wonderful home with beautiful views!” All was great with our beach week. Everyone enjoyed the home and its amenities, including convenience to the beach! There was only one problem...ants. We learned that this is not uncommon. But wish I would have notified Shorewood earlier in the week rather than later.

“2010 May Beach trip” Our rental from Shorewood Real Estate for Crystal Charm East began with phone calls, in which was very pleasant from the beginning. Upon arrival at Shorewood R.E., we were pleasantly and professionally greeted, and the entire experience from there on was fabulous! We were surprised with the features of the home because the photos did not do it justice!! The location of the home was perfect, and the amenities were fantastic! We came with 9 people, yet the home was spacious. I would highly recommend Shorewood Real Estate and Crystal Charm East to anyone who wants their 'space', and to those who want closeness. The best feature of the home was the upstairs Master suite! It was really spacious and secluded. The ONLY down-fall of the vacation was only spending one week there! We had a wonderful time! My overall rating of both Shorewood Real Estate and Crystal Charm East is a '10+'!! We have rented numerous homes and condos over the past 15 years, yet this was the best of all!!

“The best vacation house our family has ever rented.” This is the most amazing house. The decks were a favorite spot with the whole gang. The teenagers enjoyed the game room downstairs and we all enjoyed being able to eat together whether inside or out. It truly is the perfect get away place.

“Beautiful, Peaceful vacation” We have been going to Emerald Isle and renting from Shorewood Real Estate for 10 yrs now. That tells you something. The Isle itself is so beautiful and peaceful, and the people are very nice. Would not pick another place, when it comes to visiting our beaches. The wonderful people at Shorewood Real Estate are so very nice, and helpful, wouldn't change that at all. Visit, it's a great place to enjoy the sunshine, ocean and friendly people.

“Great Property for a small family.” We loved Fins to the Right. Great beach access and wonderful views. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The property is located in a quiet area of the beach with a small playground within walking distance. The master bedroom was very comfortable and our daughter loved the room with the bunk beds. The bedroom with the double is a little small and dark, but worked well for our small family.
