“Excellent Vacation, Fantastic Home and Location” This was our fourth trip to Eleuthera, and the sixth vacation home we've stayed at on the island. Two Dunes exceeded our expectation, and I would highly recomend renting this home. We've stayed all over Eleuthera, and this is definitely one of the best locations. The house had everything we needed and more. Will and Rachel realy have thought of everything. The Wi-Fi was real nice to have. We generally go to escape being connected 24/7, but it was great to be able to Skype our daughters back home. Rachel was great to work with, and provided us with everything we needed before we arived. The location of the house, and having the beach at your doorstep really make this an awesome place to stay. You literally walk out the front door and you're on the beach. We swam in the reef pool at low tide right in front of the house, snorkeled the expansive reefs all along the beach, and I was able to spear a few fish and catch a few lobsters which made for a great island dinner! We've driven by most of the rental properties on the island that are listed as secluded and romantic, only to find two or three other houses right on top of them! That is not the case with Two Dunes. It is described and pictured exactly how you will find it. No pictures taken at clever angles to show it's secluded when it's not, and no exagerated descriptions of what you can expect. As far as romantic, deserted beach seclusion, Two Dunes is the real deal. If you've never been to Eleuthera, and are debating between houses, choose Two Dunes, you won't be dissapointed! “Believe it!! Perfect little cottage for two, a gem in paradise!” Where do I begin with my review? :-). I researched Eleuthera rentals extensively since this would be our first private owner rental; we had only stayed at resorts or cruised. From our first inquiry until our communication after our return, the owners were easy to communicate with & very informative. Ken answered emails promptly. This provided a great comfort as you read reviews of "Eleuthera, it's not for everyone". It was perfect for us!! The cottage is just as described and just as the pictures state. We would sleep with the windows open listening to the waves crash with the atlantic literally a staircase away! It was immaculate upon arrival and the bed was comfy. We grilled a few nights, plenty of charcoal under the sink. Nice to have laundry in the bathroom closet and it's not a crowded bathroom for a studio. Kitchen had everything we needed. Flashlight came in handy for moonlight beach walks. Duct tape was a lifesaver when I jammed a toe on a rock. The caretaker, Sue, was wonderful! Our stay was the week after Hurricane Sandy and once we lost communication with Ken, in NJ, she was able to help us determine if we'd keep our plans. Such a blessing and a true testament to the people of Eleuthera! The power went off nightly for the first few nights and the water for one day, but after the island got back in order all was perfect! The waters were cooler than normal so we didn't snorkel in front of the cottage, but it was calm enough some days. We only saw one other couple on our beach that week! We did travel to other beaches daily and arranged our car rental through Naaman Rolle, whom Ken recommended. Eleuthera was the perfect place for us, a truly peaceful & calming piece of paradise. The cottage was perfect, the owners are amazing & the local caretaker was truly that! If you want to get away from all the craziness, this is the place!! You want to tell everyone, but then you want to keep it a secret too. We cannot wait to revisit!!!

“Loved My Stay Here!” Cayo Loco is a charming little beach cottage that sits looking directly over the ocean and a beautiful beach. The views are incredible, up an down the pink sand beach, and I saw dolphins on my first morning while having my coffee. The colors of the water are amazing, especially when it's a calm day (I had windy days, too). The cottage is small but has everything you'd need and is really cute. The hosts live on the property and were extremely helpful but gave me my privacy too. I appreciated the plentiful beach and bath towels and spotless cleanliness. Had an all around great stay here!
