“Gorgeous, Like living in a novel” This place was absolutely wonderful! The view and walk down to the beach made me think of some novels that I've read. The house had everything we needed in great condition. The beach below is so beautiful and easy to access. There are deer that visit the neighborhood each evening. We were close to Point Reyes Seashore, Bodega Bay, and a short drive to the wine country. We would definitely rent this house again!

“Beautiful Place” Very comfortable, well equipped vacation home in a spectacular setting. Felt like the ocean was in our living room/dining room/kitchen. Right on the ocean with easy beach access, and in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Not for big gatherings. Perfect for a couple. A fireplace and hot tub would have been great additions, but other than that it was perfect. Falling asleep listening to the ocean every night - so relaxing and peaceful!

“dillon beach” Great house and good location. I would just recommend two things. Leave extra garbage bags, and please, some saran wrap and tin foil. I have been renting houses for years, and this is the first house that did not provide those items. Thanks.....

“Family vacation” This is the third time we have stayed at Dillon Beach each time was at Sea Breeze. My family feels very comfortable there, and know which room they have to stay in. Having the washer and dryer is great. We love to BBQ. They breakfast nook is wonderful in the morning to eat have have coffee. We can walk to the beach in just a few minutes.
