“Lux accomadations and amazing views from every room!” My family stayed in the Penninsula Grand resort in July. The condo B4 was well appointed with spacious rooms, a kitchen stocked with housewares and a flat screen TV. Multiple bathrooms made post-pool showering seamless for many adults planning a night out on the Cozumel town! Though really why would you need to leave the building - with a quiet and relaxing pool, pool table, and chef serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Relax by the pool with a rum punch and perhaps the best guacamole you've ever had!!! Highly recommended and will surely go back!

“Best place in Cozumel, no kidding” I have been going to Cozumel for 30 years and never knew there was something this nice there. Each room is like a Master, all with bathrooms. The views are incredible, the dock is right outside. The dive boat picked me up and I was already half way to the best dive sites. The pool and sand area is right there and very well kept. Owners were helpful with planning other activities, and were available for questions. The house was clean and we did not have any problems. Very large Kitchen and Dining areas. I would recommend this to anyone.

“Clean Quiet Condo close to San Francisco Beach” My husband and I stayed at this property with our 2 children for 1 week. This property worked very well as a home base for us for the week. The condo was extremely clean, very quiet, and well appointed with all the necessary amenities. The only feedback I have for the property owners is that they should invest in a new sleeper sofa if they are going to advertise it as "sleeps 4." It is not an appropriate bed for anyone over the age of 10. The pools and the property grounds were immaculate, however the area from the palapas to the shore were not cleaned or raked during our time there. It would have been nice to spend our time at this beach with instead of walking down to San Francisco beach where it is raked and cleaned. A car is a must if you are staying at this property for the week. We used our jeep daily to go to the grocery store, shopping and other excursions. In short, this is a great property for couples seeking quiet, or families traveling with very young children.

“Awsome!” We have stayed in this condo both in Jan 2013 and april 2013 and it is the only way to travel. It is quiet, clean and very spacious!! It has very easy access to the ocean and a beautiful clean pool! We are not big fans of the touristy locations and we scuba and snorkel alot and this is definatly the place to be! “What a great place!” We had a fantastic time at Residencias reef. Casa Julie was very welcoming and had everything that we needed. It was so nice to come "home" to a place that really felt like home and not a hotel!! We will definitely stay here again when we come on our dive trips! The fact that the dive boats pick you up right at the pier is a huge plus!

“Fantastic vacation for our little family!” Stayed here with my husband and one-year old boy over the holidays, and Casa Margarita was the perfect spot! We ate yogurt in the mornings on the patio, overlooking the pool and ocean (doesn't get much better than that!). Our little boy could walk down the steps and onto the grass and run to the pool (which has a shallow depth and is perfect for kids). He squealed at the sight of little lizards and iguanas. The property was clean, quiet and peaceful. The private beach always had an open spot for you and a good book. The condo had everything we needed, and much more. Perfect destination with or without kids!
