Duplex Penthouse with Sea Views and Private Pool
Jai Yen

Alanna Yamu was the perfect place to slip away into a much needed quiet, peaceful, serene atmosphere! The interior/exterior of this homey abode is absolutely stunning and very clean feeling. This home could be perfect for a family or a girls getaway! The penthouse has more than enough room with a variety of comfy sleeping choices..including the spacious couches! The master bedroom is very spacious with lots of closet space and the bathroom was my absolute favorite--you must indulge in a bubble bath. Sara was more than accommodating. She will send you an informative welcome packet that we referred to constantly and will connect you with the onsite manager which helped coordinate/translate for us, VERY helpful and appreciated greatly! The house is fully equipped with anything and everything you may need. Sara suggests to rent a car and I completely agree with her. We did not take that advice and since there is no meter in the cabs you will be taken from one extreme to another. It’s best to just use your own means of transportation. There are a variety food/drinks spots nearby. We relaxed quite a bit next door at Baan Yamu/Hari’s Grill--good food, drinks, music, sun spots, etc. Up the hill to the left is Breeze, beautiful view and great food! Up the hill at Point Yamu, Nahmyaa a delicious Thai restaurant was our favorite! The beach nearby is not exactly a swimming beach which we didn’t really mind because we headed somewhere new each day on the West side. Surin, Karon, and Nai Harn Beaches were some of our favorites!see more
