“Not Your Ordinary Place at the Beach!” This home is unique! I have stayed here several times, and it's a great "home base" for doing all of the activities I want to do. The beach and boardwalk--and most importantly, Manco & Manco's pizza (it used to be Mack & Manco's)--are all a short walk from the house. Heading out for a bike ride in the morning or evening is easy to do from here: head south to go to one end of the island, and then turn around and go all the way back to the north end of the island for an invigorating ride. The grocery store is a short walk, and your morning coffee and donuts are almost directly across the street. Getting on and off the island is easy from here as well, so when you want to run over to Somer's Point for dinner or spend the day casino-hopping in atlantic City, it's easy to navigate from here. The shopping district on asbury avenue is also close by. It's not the typical rental home in Ocean City, but it's a great house for the price! Summary: great for active families with children! Great for active adults of all ages! Great for just taking a week to hide out from the rest of the world! However: The description says it is suitable for the elderly--and it is, especially once you get inside. But... there are steps to get up into the unit, and there are two floors (more steps) once you're inside. I have my share of arthritis in my back and knees, but I can still do the steps here. Those who cannot climb a set of stairs will want to look elsewhere.

“It's Our Summer Spot” We have been visiting Wildwood since 2000. I went with my family as a child and have great memories of that time. My husband and I began taking vacations there with our own children 11 years ago. Since then, our extended family and friends have joined us. It's like a family reunion every summer! We love it! Staying at the Oceanbreeze is like our second home. With it's comfortable atmosphere it is very relaxing. Plenty of room to sit on the porches and the newly landscaped backyard patio. Two city blocks walk to the beach may be the only excercise we get. Close to the boardwalk, Cape May, Stone Harbor and many other attractions. But, we mostly like the beach. After long days at the beach, it's nice to return to the Oceanbreeze to relax, cookout and recouperate for the next day. It's a family tradition. Mark and Kathy Scholz provide an excellent spot for our family, we never leave disappointed. We are already looking forward to our visit in July 2011!

“Clean and great location” Was disappointed at several properties I had looked at back in april managed by a well known realtor on OC. Looked at nearly a dozen places all which had stained carpets and furniture and marks on the walls. Looked at Flip Key and found Tom K's property. The site presented enough information so I felt comfortable in renting for one week in august. Upon arrival was very pleasantly pleased to find the place near spotless, attractively decorated, and very comfortable in many respects. Real nice to find out we were a block and a half from the OC boardwalk with a variety store one block away and a nice deli two blocks away. We didn't move our car all week which sat in the condo's garage. No problem giving high recommendations for Tom K's property!
