“Amazing, Beautiful and Recommended” I really can't say enough about my say. The space was immaculately clean and comfortable. The view was so needed. “Feels like home on vacation!” What a gorgeous home in such a beautiful neighborhood! Every amenity we needed and more than enough room for our family. The back deck is most peaceful, and we took many pictures of the deer family up close. Fantastic kitchen for cooking and entertaining the whole group. We enjoyed Carmel and the surrounding areas - convenient location. If only we lived there...

“Excellent stay!” We loved staying at this house. The listing description is accurate on the convenient location, the specious layout, and the more than full amenities. Only the photos wouldn't do it justice - the actual place is much more beautiful and peaceful and relaxing, and, it's true that "the wind goes through it". The bedrooms and baths are large and comfortable. The tatami room was enchanting. 6 of us stayed comfortably. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. (The washer and dryer were a big help for us.) The location was great - close to Sonoma Plaza, restaurants, and grocery stores and that amazing fruit stand down the street. The back yard was delightful. Owner is very easy to work with. We are planning to go back for another weekend getaway. We highly recommend this place.

“Quiet, comfortable and well equipped - a rare find so close the Sea.” It's hard to believe there are still quiet places in California, right at sea. We totally enjoyed our 3 night stay. We could hear the surf crashing across the street and over the cliff. It's only a five minute walk to the beach, and not through tons of traffic, just a block through a local neighborhood. We could stroll over any time we felt like it, and sit on benches above the cliff to watch the whales just off shore. Case Mare provided everything we needed, even some coffee until we could find our own. And it's very close to stores so we could get anything we wanted. It was very clean and well set up for us. Four of us never felt crowded. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Both rooms have sliding doors to outside. The back patio is completely fenced in flowers and totally quiet - a wonderful sitting place. The front patio is just through a gate from the bedrooms - a great place to sit and enjoy the sun and the sounds of the sea without being bothered by noise and people. The owners are very responsive - immediately replaced the coffee pot that didn't seem to work correctly. They obviously cared that we enjoyed their place. Thank you for that!

“Amazing!” This house is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect! DeLayne is a gracious host and provided us with a very comfortable home. The beach is stunning!
