“Charming Cabin” This lovely cabin was more a tastefully decorated home. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and sat around the beautiful big table and enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The guys fished and caught several 12" fish and the gals shopped and even found time to go to the movies. We had a lovely time. Thanks so much Tammy for offering this delightful home for rent.

“Blown away with the Location & Amenities” I could not have asked for a better experience with the booking process at TreeHouse. Mariam always answered her phone or responded to emails extremely fast. When we arrived at the house I was blown away with the location and the amenities. It was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment we would need for the weekend. I would highly recommend booking with them. You will not be disappointed.

“A beautful ranch estate with views and all the ammenities we need” We stayed at the Ranch by the Sea in March for a week and from the beginning it was a great experience. We were greeted by the owner and given a tour of the house and they were always available for any questions we had about the house or the surrounding area. The house is set up with different wings of bedrooms with televisions in them, so you can find quiet time to yourself, but also great open spaces in the living room, pool, kitchen and dining area to spend time together. There is plenty to do at the home including arcade games that the kids loved, a pool table that adults spent a lot of time around and gorgeous pool and outside area. The view from the outside courtyard is stunning and seeing the sunset in the distance over the ocean was breathtaking. The house is furnished with quality furnishings and linens and the kitchen is stocked with the dish and cooking needs of anyone who loves to cook. We also enjoyed a horseback riding lesson that the owner gave us with his horses. They are experienced teachers and know how to teach kids and adults alike. We can't wait to return and are already planning our next getaway.

“Restful place with a beautiful view” I stayed for 2 nights at Paul's place with a friend. His place was very neat, clean, and warm. Paul gave attention to every little detail. His puppy dog was very friendly as well (even though I am afraid of dogs). Waking up in the morning with such a beautiful view (mountains, greenery, bird songs) was a blessing. I recommend Paul's place with no hesitation. He is a great host, very friendly, accommodating, and great help! (the ocean is quite close, also... a treat!!). Make sure you ask him for some cups (if you need to warm things in the microwave) as you may need them for your morning coffee. Best - quietness, cleanness, nature surroundings, space, comfortable beds; Room for improvement - kitchen arrangement

“Love this place, perfect location!” I stayed here with 9 of my closest friends to celebrate my birthday. This gem was the perfect size, perfect location, and perfect price. Low deposit, coupon sheet, and friendly owner is also a plus. Beds are big and comfortable. Great layout with tons of balcony's to enjoy the fresh air. Walking distance to restaurants (Grizzly cafe and the Yodeler were our Favs- great service and food), bars, and grocery store. The bottom level (with pool table, big screen, and wet bar) was the perfect spot to hang out in. A few upgrades are needed but we really enjoyed our time here. This was our 1st annual mountain getaway, we will definitely be back again and again.

“We had a great family reunion here” My wife's family had their bi-annual reunion here in September. It was perfect for what we wanted. The kitchen and family room were great gathering places. Our host Denise had a crib, stroller and plenty of toys for the grandkids. And, the views of the bay were spectacular. The only downside was that we thought we'd be closer to the water. All in all, we'd highly recommend it for a gathering of friends or families.
