“Great weekend getaway into the forrest” This place is the perfect getaway from the fast pace Urban lifestyle. The Beautiful cottage is placed in the forests of Idyll-wild and is the perfect place to sit back, relax and have a great time with friends and family. Larry is really nice and helps you in anyway to make your check in and your stay worry free. The inside of the cottage is beautiful, well decorated and clean and has all the amenities for a fun and relaxing stay. You can relax on the deck and enjoy the lovely weather in spring time or if it gets a little cold, you can relax by the fire place. Will definitely be coming back in winter to enjoy the snowy season there.

“Wonderful, comfy cabin and in a lovely location.” We just got back from our trip and I keep finding more and more great things about the cabin. Our family all enjoyed your place. It is very comfortable and has a very home away from home feel. It has all the amenities anyone could want and it is perfect for a family get-away or perfect to go to with friends to enjoy all the fun things to do in the area. I would like to also add how great Mike is to work with. He was very communicative and patient. He treated us like old friends and when we had to make some changes to the dates he was very understanding and worked everything out for us. Will rent from Mike again. Planning an event up there this summer and renting the cabin will be easy as looking up Mikes place and his available dates. “Charming Cabin” This lovely cabin was more a tastefully decorated home. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and sat around the beautiful big table and enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The guys fished and caught several 12" fish and the gals shopped and even found time to go to the movies. We had a lovely time. Thanks so much Tammy for offering this delightful home for rent.

“Wonderful Stay!!!” The cabin's amenities and features were just as they were described in on the internet and Kelly and Joey provided very helpful, detailed, written instructions on the use of those amenities and features. The check-in/check-out procedure was extremely simple. The cabin is a only a short walk from the town center which was very convenient. My wife and I had great stay and would (and hope to) do it again.

“Love this place - we had a blast!” I can not say enough about the Tall Tree Lodge. It was perfectly clean, airy and fresh smelling which is important to me when renting a place. The owners were awesome to deal with and kind in every way. We brought our program for women and children and we had the most memorable time going down the huge slide in the back yard. There was no need to even go to a tube park. While some where in the hot tub, others watched as the children went down the hill on tubes and saucers. Can't say enough. We want to go back forever!

“Highly recommend this wonderful cabin living for extended family!” We much enjoyed being able to have so many of our family join for at least part of our two day stay at this most cozy cabin. All were surprised and pleased with the set up. It is most accommodating for both adults and children. Arranging matters was very graciously and efficiently orchestrated by Chris, who is most obliging. A pleasure to work with! We "put in an order for snow" and couldn't have had a better snow situation for hours of play with kids at the top of Mt. Pinos, which is an easy drive from the cabin. The convenience store near by met our needs well and experiencing nature by exploring the wooded surrounds by the cabin was an added pleasure. Adult time in the cabin was enhanced by the fine TV system in the cabin. Next time, and we are planning a next time , we may indulge in watching a DVD from the vast library Chris has provided. Thank you, Chris. You will soon get confirmation on our booking for holiday season 2015!

“Excellent Value - Very Attentive Owner” This rental is an excellent choice for your stay in Idyllwild. The cabin is EXTREMELY clean, the beds are very comfortable, the pictures are an accurate representation of the rental, and the kitchen is the most well stocked of any vacation rental we have ever visited, We enjoyed many hours of lounging on the deck and taking in the view. Cheryl, the owner, is attentive and responsive. Any emailed questions were quickly answered - usually within less than an hour.

“Fantastic new cabin, designed to view the outdoors!” This beautiful, newly-built home, situated right on the Stanislaus River, is perfectly designed to commune with nature. It has a spacious, centralized, family living area with large windows and sliding glass doors. The kitchen is well equiped with modern appliances and cooking tools. A sprawling bar allows for seating for at least eight. But what really makes this cabin so special is its remarkable location on an elbow of the river, giving a good 100 yards of river front scenary.

“Perfect location for skiing/snowboarding” It was my Son?s 15th birthday skiing/snowboarding weekend and we couldn?t have had a more memorable time this year. Some of the boys had 1st experiences on this trip from Snowboarding to sledding? The cabin was perfect just for this occasion. In the backyard were nice slopes for the kids to sled down, very close to both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. We were very impressed when we first walked in, every bed had an entire set of towels and the kitchen was more equipped than other cabins we have stayed at. We definitely recommend this cabin ? especially if you are a large group wanting to go skiing/snowboarding. My advice is to make sure to turn the water temperature up when you have a full house so that everyone can take a hot shower.
