“Ocean View Beach Condo” Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. The condo itself if very relaxing, with nice furniture, and great views and patios. It is a great place to stay with kids because they have everything you need (stuffed animals, games, beach umbrella, beach toys and boogie boards) and a great pool and hot tub. We felt right at home here, and Vida left special treats and surprises for the kids. It's a close drive to awesome beaches, Disney, good restaurants, and shops. I recommend staying here for sure!

“Family Fun at it's Finest” If you are looking for luxury with a family friendly feeling, then this is the property for you. Our family enjoyed staying at the "Playground Estate" in March of 2012. We were first attracted to this property because of it's tennis court and playground for the kids. Once we saw all the amenities, we were sold. After speaking with Bob, the owner, we knew our family would have a vacation to remember. This vacation rental has so many perks for families traveling to Southern California. It is close to the major theme parks yet when you are "home" you feel a million miles from civilization. It is quiet and peaceful with an amazing view. We enjoyed watching movies while the kids played in the adjacent toy area. The couch is super cozy to snuggle up as a couple or is big enough for the whole family. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living area so the cook doesn't miss out on the fun. Outside is a patio area which is wonderful for reading a book or having a nice dinner. There is a propane heater if the nights get chilly. We had many fun days swimming at the pool and felt more secure knowing there was a pool cover to prevent the kids from falling in when not in use. You will feel like royalty in the huge master suite and master bath. And the children will love the bunk bed room. If you are looking to vacation in the San Diego area, call Bob and talk to him about his properties. He is a gracious host that will do everything he can to make sure you and your family and friends have a magnificent time. There is no doubt we will return for another wonderful trip to this rental home.

“Blown away with the Location & Amenities” I could not have asked for a better experience with the booking process at TreeHouse. Mariam always answered her phone or responded to emails extremely fast. When we arrived at the house I was blown away with the location and the amenities. It was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment we would need for the weekend. I would highly recommend booking with them. You will not be disappointed.

“Excellent stay!” We loved staying at this house. The listing description is accurate on the convenient location, the specious layout, and the more than full amenities. Only the photos wouldn't do it justice - the actual place is much more beautiful and peaceful and relaxing, and, it's true that "the wind goes through it". The bedrooms and baths are large and comfortable. The tatami room was enchanting. 6 of us stayed comfortably. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. (The washer and dryer were a big help for us.) The location was great - close to Sonoma Plaza, restaurants, and grocery stores and that amazing fruit stand down the street. The back yard was delightful. Owner is very easy to work with. We are planning to go back for another weekend getaway. We highly recommend this place.

“A beautful ranch estate with views and all the ammenities we need” We stayed at the Ranch by the Sea in March for a week and from the beginning it was a great experience. We were greeted by the owner and given a tour of the house and they were always available for any questions we had about the house or the surrounding area. The house is set up with different wings of bedrooms with televisions in them, so you can find quiet time to yourself, but also great open spaces in the living room, pool, kitchen and dining area to spend time together. There is plenty to do at the home including arcade games that the kids loved, a pool table that adults spent a lot of time around and gorgeous pool and outside area. The view from the outside courtyard is stunning and seeing the sunset in the distance over the ocean was breathtaking. The house is furnished with quality furnishings and linens and the kitchen is stocked with the dish and cooking needs of anyone who loves to cook. We also enjoyed a horseback riding lesson that the owner gave us with his horses. They are experienced teachers and know how to teach kids and adults alike. We can't wait to return and are already planning our next getaway.

“Great cabin for families!” Thank you Ben and amanda for letting us rent your lovely cabin for the weekend! We loved the open floor plan, it worked out well and it was easy to keep track of our little ones. We also loved that the cabin is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, baby equipment, everything we needed and so much more! We didn't need to bring anything "extra" along which is such a big plus when you travel with small children! Another real plus is the location, it is so close to great parks, lakes, rivers, etc. We didn't know what to do first. We will definitely visit again, hopefully soon.

“incredible family getaway!” We stayed at Snowcreek 60 and WOW! No detail spared here. We have a large family, and all of our kids were enchanted with this place, from toddler to teen. The owner's attention to detail is meticulous and her anticipation of every need or want a family could have was accommodated. Even when our doggies were having some trouble adjusting to the new environment, she was helpful and offered suggestions to alleviate their stress (it worked!). Beautiful interior with thoughtful details like labels on cabinets, baby gates, binoculars, and games. A perfect getaway for the whole family. Highly recommend Snowcreek 60!

“Beautiful Home away From Home” My husband and I along with my sister-in-law, her husband, and their two young kids loved staying in this beautiful, warm and welcoming home. It really felt like a home away from home. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed, including a great deck and backyard where the kids could run around and play. There was plenty of room for all of us -- 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms -- so we could all be together or have our own space. The location can't be beat. We were close to charming shops, markets, and restaurants, as well as the beach and the pier. My husband was also easily able to work (thanks to Wifi throughout the house) while still enjoying sunshine on the back deck (not bad for a work day). The next time we're planning a trip to Santa Monica, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.

“Great family get together.” Our adult children, and grandchild, live in distant cities. We all gathered at the Secret Garden for a week and had a wonderful time. The house was large enough, and everyone had their own area, and bathroom. We loved the Oak Park three blocks away for our five year old. Everything else was convenient for nice walks. We hope to come back again.

“A peaceful, private, haven.” My husband and I grew up in Santa Barbara. We came for a 3 week respite. Wendy is a wonderful hostess, and made our stay fantastic. The hourglass was exactly what we needed! Looking out the kitchen window you can see hummingbirds and scrubjays. Hearing the birds sing and the scent of lemon trees, blowing through the window was so refreshing. The mountain views are great. “Totally Relaxing and enjoyable, what a vacation should be” This is the second year that we have spent our vacation at 'Poolside' in Santa Barbara. As before, the only thing we needed to do was show up and bring some good books to read and our food and drink. This vacation rental home comes with everything else you might possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The location is perfect. You fell that you are miles away from everything but in actuality you are only minutes away from downtown, the beaches, restaurants, etc. We hope to be back again next year

“Beyond our expectations!” I had the most relaxing time in this beautiful house. Joined two longtime friends who I hadn't seen in years for a girl's getaway and spent hours on the most comfortable couch in front of the fireplace, drinking our coffee and talking about old times. The playroom made us wish we had brought the kids! We made good use of the fire-pit and weber grill and were so comfortable we almost didn't want to leave the house. I usually have trouble sleeping in a strange place but the beds are amazing and truly the only problem we had was trying to decide which of the beautifully decorated rooms we wanted to sleep in! Jeff and Kim have done an outstanding job addressing every detail and have really made this vacation house a "home away from home”. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to stay here again.

“Family gathering forever to cherish!” This is a one-of-kind house to accommodate a large group or family. We celebrated my husband's big birthday with our family of 14 people and enjoyed the entire house and its amenities along with the location being supreme! Sunsets and the moon rising is breathtaking. “Fantastic stay in San Diego” I rented this beach house for my family to stay in for a week in June 2011. The house is fantastic!! First of all, it is exactly as it is presented on the website...but better! The house is in excellent shape, all of the bedrooms had great linens, the house was very clean. There are more then enough extra towels (we had 6 people), and many beach towels. The beach cruisers were great! what a nice extra. The kitchen has everything you could ever need to cook, the grill on the patio is also a great touch. There is seriously nothing lacking in this house. Now, the location...Amazing! so close to the beach on the bay side, Rocky's bar and Big Kanhuna burger are a short walk, Sea World is literally 5 minutes by car. You could get away without having a car, but we had a 5 year old with us, so driving was just easier. Pacific Beach is maybe a 5-10 minute drive, many shops, bars, restaurants, everything you could possibly need. I have rented vacation homes in many cities in the us and some in Europe, and this beach house was at the very top on all categories. The location alone is worth it, but the house was so nice! 2 living rooms so you can spread out and watch tv, the patio out back was great for dinners, the beds were so comfy, bathrooms were both very nice...I could go on and on! You will not be disappointed with this rental...the landlords make it all so easy to book and enjoy your vacation. My family could not have had a better stay in San Diego.
