“Wonderful condo and Country Club” I stayed at Marlene's beautiful condo several times through the years and it is great! Everything you need is there. There are more amenities in the condo than a 5 star hotel. My family likes the location because it's close to the clubhouse, pool and spa, fitness center, tennis courts, and even the tee off area for the Championship Course... which I must say is one of the most stunning golf courses I've ever played on. We enjoyed swimming in the olympic size salt water pool everyday. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

“Gorgeous Place!!!” We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Clean, comfortable, close to town and beautiful views!!! The living room and kitchen are gorgeous, the balcony with hot tub, our rooms with fireplace and the beds exceeded out expectations! It is a beautiful, well-appointed home and made our stay very enjoyable. I have already recommended it to friends and hope to return myself soon :)

“Family Fun at it's Finest” If you are looking for luxury with a family friendly feeling, then this is the property for you. Our family enjoyed staying at the "Playground Estate" in March of 2012. We were first attracted to this property because of it's tennis court and playground for the kids. Once we saw all the amenities, we were sold. After speaking with Bob, the owner, we knew our family would have a vacation to remember. This vacation rental has so many perks for families traveling to Southern California. It is close to the major theme parks yet when you are "home" you feel a million miles from civilization. It is quiet and peaceful with an amazing view. We enjoyed watching movies while the kids played in the adjacent toy area. The couch is super cozy to snuggle up as a couple or is big enough for the whole family. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living area so the cook doesn't miss out on the fun. Outside is a patio area which is wonderful for reading a book or having a nice dinner. There is a propane heater if the nights get chilly. We had many fun days swimming at the pool and felt more secure knowing there was a pool cover to prevent the kids from falling in when not in use. You will feel like royalty in the huge master suite and master bath. And the children will love the bunk bed room. If you are looking to vacation in the San Diego area, call Bob and talk to him about his properties. He is a gracious host that will do everything he can to make sure you and your family and friends have a magnificent time. There is no doubt we will return for another wonderful trip to this rental home.

“A beautful ranch estate with views and all the ammenities we need” We stayed at the Ranch by the Sea in March for a week and from the beginning it was a great experience. We were greeted by the owner and given a tour of the house and they were always available for any questions we had about the house or the surrounding area. The house is set up with different wings of bedrooms with televisions in them, so you can find quiet time to yourself, but also great open spaces in the living room, pool, kitchen and dining area to spend time together. There is plenty to do at the home including arcade games that the kids loved, a pool table that adults spent a lot of time around and gorgeous pool and outside area. The view from the outside courtyard is stunning and seeing the sunset in the distance over the ocean was breathtaking. The house is furnished with quality furnishings and linens and the kitchen is stocked with the dish and cooking needs of anyone who loves to cook. We also enjoyed a horseback riding lesson that the owner gave us with his horses. They are experienced teachers and know how to teach kids and adults alike. We can't wait to return and are already planning our next getaway.

“great family vacation” We had a great family vacation. Beautiful views of the lake great family fun at the village. The kids really enjoyed swimming off the dock. We would recommend staying here to family and friends. The owner was very friendly and accomidating.

“Amazing!” This house is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect! DeLayne is a gracious host and provided us with a very comfortable home. The beach is stunning! “Paridise In Big Bear” My husband and I went to the Chalet with our 2 dogs and had a great time. Kiyoe was very welcoming. The place was very clean and homey. “Beautiful scenery” I booked a one night get away for my Fiancee's Birthday at Roundhat Ranch. The cottage was amazing. Gayle was very accommodating and it seemed like they had every necessity possible. The views were stunning. The donkeys, Libby & Jules, were the first to greet us when we arrived. They were adorable and sweet. There were wild rabbits hopping and beautiful horses all around us. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The outdoor shower was an awesome surprise as well. We will definitely be back again soon.

“A very pleasant stay” We stayed here for a "Boys Weekend" and visited the american Jousting association nearby for their "Knight for a Day" package. The house is very roomy (there were nine of us) and the owner is a pleasure to work with. It is not fancy, but we were not looking for that, and it was perfect for our needs.
