“Quite and Relaxing, Great for Couples” My husband and I spent 4 wonderful days and nights at the Guest Cottage in Cocoa Beach. We were in the larger of the two cottages with the Coy pond. Beautifully landscaped and decorated. The overall feeling of relaxation surrounds you not only in your own private back yard but also throughout the inside of the quaint cabin. Everything we needed was provided. Beach chairs and umbrella were available also, that was a great bonus. Beach access is right across the street. Could not ask for anything better.There is also a wonderful spa 2 doors down from the cottage I also highly recommend. Quite, and away from all the hustle and bustle of high rise condos.Wonderful hosts! Jackie and Dave thank you so much for making our short mini vacation a very wonderful and relaxing time. You have a great little piece of paradise. Thank You for sharing. We wish you all the best in the future.If we are ever back in Cocoa Beach we will be hoping to spend some more time at your cottage and Cocoa Beach Thank You so much!

“Great view!” This condo had everything you need! Nicely stocked kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful meaning we came home with clean laundry! The beach was a jump and skip away which was great and it wasn't overly crowded. A nice heated pool. Overall we had a very nice stay!

“Great location for beach goers.” My wife, daughters and I had a great time. We love the location, the view, and the furnishing in the condo are very nice. Spacious for the teenagers so they don't get 'crowded' by mom and dad. Close to Kennedy Space Center for those who want to visit.

“Enjoyable vacation” We recently stayed at Tower Condos unit #52 in Cocoa beach and were highly satisfied. The unit was spacious and clean. The balcony was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed for the week. The furnishings were very nice. We liked the fact that even beach chairs and a beach umbrella were provided along with beach toys for the kids. It was a convenience to have a Publix grocery store across the street. We highly recommend this property for anyone planning a stay in the Cocoa Beach area.

“Phenomenal!” I was very worried about this "pet friendly" condo since I have terrible allergies to cats and most dogs and was afraid of previous animals bothering me. I had nothing to fear! This condo was spotless and had absolutely no pet smell to it at all. The master bedroom is very large and had plenty of room for all our things and 2 travel crates for our Chinese Cresteds. Huge walk in closet with a roll away and lots of beach stuff. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and was large enough for us to put the rollaway between them so our 3 girls shared one room and we didn't have to use the pull out. Beds were so comfy! The balcony is extremely small but it didn't even matter because the view was amazing! The pier is super close and I was worried about the bars and noise etc. but you can't hear a thing. The best part for us was the pool being located right outside the balcony and practically on the beach. This was perfect for the times when I went in to get out of the sun but my daughter still wanted to be in the pool. I could still see and hear her very, very clearly!lol Everything was convenient. Walking the dogs was easy, right out the door and down the steps. Beach access was easy. We just loved, loved this place! Security is very tight. You need a key to get out of the complex, in to the pool and out on to the beach. This keeps the general public out. But, this also leads to my one and only complaint which is that I wish there was more than one key. Everyone needs to go places together because if not you have to toss the key up from the pool to the balcony so that whomever was left behind can then come down to the pool. Other than that minor annoyance, this place was fantastic and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a great condo at the beach!

“Paradise every morning looking from the deck to the ocean!” We really enjoyed our 7 day rental. The condo has everything you need to include beach towels, umbella, chairs and toys for the sand. Condo was in great shape. Everything worked and we had no issues. Location is excellent, near the pier and all restaurants. Very safe area. We can't wait to come back!

“Great vacation” We really enjoyed our condo, it was just perfect for us 5. The location was great, we even went to Getty park to watch a launch that was a bonus, walked to the pier a couple times bit of a walk, but worth it, crab leg special at the local bar. Loved the view from condo, shower has lots of pressure. Needs new pillows Karen S

“It was all we needed it to be!!” Beautiful location and condo. The pictures and discriptions were right on. Quiet. Private. The owner was friendly and easy to work with. My family of 4 (2 teenagers) enjoyed a week of fun and relaxation. We watched a pod of dolphins out front of the condo. We enjoyed parasailing, mini golf, shopping and restaurants close by. Not far from Orlando or Daytona. We will definatly get back there.

“Great place to stay, especially with pets” We enjoyed our week in unit 103. The king bed was a temperpedic and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with stainless appliances, including an icemaker in the refrigerator. Everything, including pots and pans, dishes, coffee pot, and toaster, was included. Great location for pets with sliding doors leading right out to pet area. No extra charge for pets which was wonderful! Easy access to pool. Great Publix right across the street and easy access to anything you could want. Could use ceiling fans in bedrooms, but air conditioning was very good. The condo was a little more worn than the pictures show, but definitely did not hinder a great time. Would stay again.
