“Truly a Home away from Home!” When we walked into the condo for the first time, it felt as though the owners, Rose and Steve Dillenbeck, had just stepped out for a minute. This is not a rental apartment, it is a home: spotless, beautifully furnished, with every convenience and extra imaginable! It is not simply fully furnished, but Rose even had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a sponge, staples and spices in the kitchen, and every piece of beach equipment you can imagine - I mean, I have never rented a condo/apartment many times before, and I have never seen this level of organization and consideration for guests. In addition, everything is neatly labeled with clear instructions for every situation. I am still amazed at the level of organization and cleanliness that we encountered. My nephew came to visit for a day during our 3-week stay and he thought the condo not only spacious, and beautiful, but was also duly impressed with the information Rose made available in the binder. Incredible detail! On our arrival, Rose called to ensure that we had arrived and found everything in order and to see if we had any questions. I called her the next day to say that a boogie board was broken and it was replaced that evening. Did I mention the incredible attention to detail the Dillenbeck's have toward their guests? Just Wonderful! I will not go into detail about the location being central to restaurants and downtown Cocoa Beach or the access to the fabulous beach that the condo has - you can see that in pictures. What was important to me and my family was the way we were treated and the comfort we felt in Unit #200, owned by Rose and Steve Dillenbeck. I spoke with other guests in other units and no-one had experienced the level of care that we did. Thank you, Rose and Steve! We can't wait to come back!

“Wonderful Vacation Home” Very well kept home. Clean, up to date and excellent service from owner. We heard a rattling sound in the ac unit and saw a small leak from ice maker made a phone call to the property manager and they came out repaired them that afternoon. It is evident that this home is cared for. Very nice beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The home has automatic shutters, which makes the bedroom nice and dark for a great sleep! The furniture in the home is up to date and well kept. The beach is just steps away from the home, and the sunrises are amazing. We were overjoyed to happen to witness turtles that were just hatched return to the ocean. We will certainly return for another vacation!

“great house on a quiet beach” We found the house to be well very suited for a relaxing beach vacation. It was extremely clean and in good condition. The house is well furnished and has a model-home feel to it because everything is so new. The second floor deck offers a great view of the ocean and proved to be a popular gathering place in the late afternoon. Each morning it was fascinating to see the tracks of the sea turtles in the sand on the beach by the house. On the very few issues we encountered, we found the property manager and his wife to be responsive and effective. Bottom line: We'll be back.

“Best on the Space Coast” We just returned home after a wonderful week at this beautiful property in Indialantic. I have been renting homes on the space coast for the past several years for our family vacations and this was by far the best money I have ever spent! The pictures and descriptions are right on target...no surprises when you walk in the door. The owner was extremely helpful in providing information in a timely manner and was always professional and cordial in all of our dealings leading up to the date of our arrival. Every question I had was answered with in hours by email. The house is clean and bright with convenient beach access...literally steps out the back door. We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves on the beach. The open concept of the kitchen and living area make for easy family gatherings. And having the pool and tennis court were just icing on the cake! Both are very well kept and provided hours of fun for the entire family. We rarely wanted to leave the property but for a meal out and a break from the sun..., Melbourne and a host of restaurants/shopping are just minutes away. I can without reservation recommend this as a great family getaway. We had just 6 adults but the home would have easily been comfortable with twice that many. My family all requested that we return here for our next beach vacation! My warning to all...book early!!

“Great condo” Very spacious and well decorated two bedroom two bath condo. Hotel was a little dated and the pool was smaller than it looked, but overall an excellent hotel right on the beach.
