“This little mountain retreat met all our expectations and then some” This little mountain retreat met all our expectations and then some. We spent a long weekend here and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The cabin was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The views were incredible and we spent mornings and evenings in the hot tub enjoying our surroundings. The cabin is conveniently located near Boone NC and all the major mountain attractions.

“Changing of the Leaves” My husband and I rented "The Crest" the last week in October and our timing couldn't have been better. The leaves were at their peak. Sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee and watching the sun come up over the mountain every morning was a piece of heaven for us. The house was so warm and inviting. We felt as if we were in our own home just farther north. Everything you could want for cooking and movies galore to keep us busy with the TV. The fireplace was another highlight for us. Easy to start for us southerners who don't know what a fireplace is. The house is within minutes of sightseeing, Grandfather Mountain and The Orchard were our favorites. The restaurants in the area are terific. My husband is handicapped (wheelchair), so once on the porch he had no problem manuvering throughout the house and both porches. Was a real plus for us. Working with Judith was such a pleasure and she was very accomdating when my daughter joined us on our last weekend with her little 4 legged friend. Can't thank her enough for renting to us and hope to do it again soon.

“New River Ramble” This was a great time for the entire family. We attended the ASU football game, but until that time we enjoyed all the amenities of the home. The New River, the fire pit, the hot tub, the game room, the bicycles, etc. were enjoyed by everyone. This place has everything you could imagine you would need. We will be back! :)

“Love Mountain Dream” This is one of my favorite places to visit. The cabin is situated in a wonderful location. It has everything you could possibly want from comfort to amenities. I come back every year and make sure I stay here.

“Heaven on Earth!” Everything about our stay was incredible. The view is just amazing. The cabin has everything you could want and more, it is simply beautiful inside and out. If your looking for a peaceful get away this cabin is for you. The Kilkelly's are the nicest people and the pizza was wonderful. We will be back to explore more of the area and of course stay at this cabin.
