“Privacy and loveliness at a great price in Beverly Hills!” We just returned from an 8 day stay at this wonderful apartment; 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, modern kitchen with granite and new appliances; fully remodeled apartment in a secure building with two gated parking spaces. Cassia, the owner, was there to greet us, with the keys, and the apartment was wonderfully stocked with supplies, as well as plenty of linens. There is a washer/dryer inside the apartment, a great plus. The king size bed in the master suite is marvelously comfortable, and we loved our stay. There is a second bedroom, but we chose this apartment so that we would each have our own bathroom; it was just my husband and I. 8 nights for approximately $2000 including parking, was a great price for the location (Burton Way and Holt). We could walk to the Beverly Center and many great restaurants, although we had a car, and it was a 2 minute drive to downtown Beverly Hills, and 20 minutes via Beverly Blvd to downtown Los angeles to see the opera. The apartment has a very comfortable living room with large screen TV, dining area, terrace, central air conditioning, ice maker in the freezer. All were in excellent condition. Most importantly, it was very quiet, as we had a very busy schedule, and looked forward to returning at night to this oasis of calm in the center of hectic L.A. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone. Cassia made us feel most welcome, and we will certainly return!
