“Perfect for our Honeymoon” My husband and I just stayed in this condo for a week for our honeymoon. The condo lived up to the great reviews I read while I was planning! The view is amazing, we spent lots of time on the balcony just enjoying the scenery, it's that beautiful! And the beach is very close, but we loved being set back a bit in the condos because it felt much more private and contained rather than being around crowds and noise--very nice for honeymooners. We had everything we needed in the condo, and it is very well maintained. Thank goodness for the air conditioner and overhead fan during the humid summer, but truthfully having the AC off and the sliding door open to the balcony gave a nice beachy breeze that was lovely in the evening! We were able to cook meals in the condo and other times walk to the bar/grill by the pool. We could even walk to Red Hook for more options. We loved Sapphire Beach and were so glad we stayed in this area for our trip instead of near areas with cruise ship crowds! Also, Tom is great. For a young couple who had never been to the islands, his information was so helpful in planning what to do, where to eat, etc. Plus he stays in touch so well, we never felt neglected or had any unanswered questions! He is on top of everything!

“Truly Exceptional Property!” Villa Sunrose was a truly exceptional property. The villa was exceedingly well appointed, very tasteful and spacious. All the bedrooms were extremely well decorated and comfortable, and the cottage was a once in a lifetime experience. The main living areas and kitchen were spacious and beautiful, and accommodated our group wonderfully. The owners have thought of everything, and make your stay warm and inviting, from having beach chairs and coolers to kitchen supplies ready for your use. Like the inside, the outdoor decks/living areas went far beyond our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the hammocks, glider and chairs, and meals and games at the outdoor tables. The views from all the decks of St. John and the BVIs were breathtaking day and night. The binoculars were a fabulous treat. The decks, like the inside, were so very well appointed and decorated, and we truly enjoyed all the small touches throughout the many decks.The kids loved the pool, and we adults appreciated the ample covered decking to enjoy the outside while taking a break from the sun. The outdoor shower was a hit, the boys and dads especially loved this. Thank you for a truly exceptional stay at your villa. Your graciousness and sharing of your exceptional property have left us all with a trip of a lifetime.

“Sooooo happy vacationing in Nancy's condo!” We have never rented a condo to vacation at before this trip and are soooo glad we did! With two teenage kids Nancy's condo was perfect. Aside from being very nicely decorated, the condo was spacious and so comfortable. We began each day making breakfast at home before adventuring to one of the beautiful beaches near by. After a long day soaking in the beautiful sun and snorkeling amongst so many gorgeous fish it was truly a pleasure to come back to the condo before venturing back out for dinner. We all sat either on one of the three balconies that had beautiful water views or snuggled together on the den sofa. The condo was perfectly situated for all of our excursions and only a short distance from some terrific restaurants. Although we did not use the pool (we chose the beach instead), the pool was very pretty to look at. Nancy was also sooooo helpful in making the arrangements and giving us suggestions on things to do while in St Thomas. We would absolutely stay here again.

“Breath taking views - Serene atmosphere - Perfectly relaxing” Our stay at Spirit on the Water was absolutely the best vacation we've taken! It was so much more than we expected. It was private, peaceful, and serene. The views were breath taking. You look out from the various balconies and decks over the beautiful infinity pool and beyond you see the islands in the distance. The gardens are lush and orchids bloom from the surrounding trees. The pool could not have been more perfect. It's structured so you can lay in your lounger while in the pool working on your tan. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an outdoor grill we used several times that was very nice. Air conditioning was available in our room but due to the continual breeze it was never necessary. Spirit on the Water is centrally located. It took us about 10 to 15 minutes to get there from the airport. It was a 5 minute drive to Megan's Bay, the local Country Club and the marina.

“Couldn't have picked a better spot!” We came to St Thomas for a beach wedding. We decided to get married by the pool and it couldn't have been more perfect! The house is wonderful! And the view!! WOW! Perfect! Mr. Duncan and Mr. Kabuka were so very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be frequent visitors!
