First Floor Apartment (approximately 130sqm) of the Altmore block of apartments in the V&A Marina.

This semi-serviced apartment has 2 en-suite bedrooms and an open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen area, with large sliding doors opening up to a private covered balcony. The bedrooms, positioned on either side of the lounge area, have their own sliding doors opening up onto the balcony. The views from the balcony are of the canal (which runs through the Waterfront) and the clubhouse, which is easily accessible and which is available for use by all residents. The apartment has free wi-fi installed and DSTV satellite tv.

The apartment comes complete with 2 undercover parking spaces, as well as a separate storeroom. There is a full passkey security system in place.

The apartment gives use of a fully equipped gym with the main pool, overlooking the Marina, and the complex has 2 additional canal-side pools. The location is a mere 10min walk to the international V&A Waterfront shopping centre, with Cape Town's finest restaurants at your fingertips, as well as a grocery store. Water taxis can be taken to the centre of town. Just on the other side of the mountain, 15min by car, takes you to Cape Town's most beautiful beaches in Camps Bay and Clifton.

"Beautiful apartment in fantastic location"

We stayed at Altmore 104 with our two children (9 & 14), the owner Richard was great to deal with and he has equipped the apartment out really well. The apt is in an excellent location on the V&A waterfront, definitely the best position in Cape Town, it is set within a completely secure location and is an ideal base to see the beautiful surrounding area. The apt is a pleasant 10 mins stroll along the waterways and harbour into the V&A which is full of great restaurants and bars etc, and the secure underground parking which is accessed handily right outside the apartment door means you are only 2 mins from the motorways.
The apartment itself is richly decorated and has a lovely patio area overlooking the waterways, a lot of the apartments will have Table Mountain views but you can see those from everywhere else and this is reflected in the great value of the apartment.
We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to South Africa !!!

"Lovely apartment in great location and perfect for sightseeing"

A very centrally located and beautifully furnished apartment on the Waterfront overlooking the canal. The apartment is very well fitted out and in a secure complex. There are also swimming pools and a fitness centre on site. The shops are all within walking distance as is sightseeing in the centre of Cape Town. We used a car to explore the wine growing areas and coast but it is not necessary if you just want to relax and explore the many delights of Cape Town itself. The Waterfront boasts numerous shops and restaurants and there is a very good play area for young children.

"Fabulous location"

Location is everything when renting a place in an unknown city. This property, located on the waterfront of Cape Town allows you to walk everywhere downtown, is a stepping stone from the Hop On and Off Bus and a mall offering great restaurants, in a few words, is great. The apartment itself has everything you need and its size is perfect for 2 couples. You cannot ask for better.
