Brand NEW on the tourist market Casa Genoveva is a newly renovated luxury mansion house which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and three different popular beaches in the resort city of Ubatuba. It's centrally located offering great access to the neighboring resort towns of Parati (1 hour), Angra dos Reis (2 hours) and Ilha Bela (1 hour).

The house itself is an open-concept, multilevel Mediterranean style villa designed for indoor and outdoor living.

Each level of the villa is surrounded by a terrace from which you can see a variety of spectacular views in three different directions. The terraces and balconies offer areas for group activities and private corners for you to enjoy in quiet solitude. The house has 9 dormitories, 6 of them suites and numerous luxury bathrooms bedecked with the finest imported Italian marble. The sunny kitchen features wall-to-wall cupboards and a large, walk-in pantry.

It also features Cable TV. It includes a games room which contains pool and ping pong tables. The 13-meters long pool is surrounded by heat dissipating “Pedra de Minas” stone and lush gardens.

You will have full access to the sauna, gym and a separate jacuzzi with breath-taking sea views in total privacy for a little extra pay. The unique combination will ensure that a visit to this Villa leaves a memorable impression.

This house can easily accommodate 25 people. It is also possible to rent SINGLE SUITS to conveniently accommodate smaller parties. It contains four fully air-conditioned suits . Also our family suit consists of two separate rooms connected by a bathroom.

For newly-weds, the honey-moon suit situated at the highest place of the house will provide an unforgettable, spectacular view of the surrounding area.

The house comes with a barbecuing area, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen containing all appliances.

Fitness enthusiasts as well as those wishing to engage in some form of moderate exercise will also be delighted to note that there is an enormous swimming pool and Sauna.

The Jacuzzi, with a breath-taking sea view, offers a most romantic setting. Sauna and Jacuzzi incur extra costs.

With this luxury villa being perfectly situated in between Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paolo, Ubatuba is one of the last unspoilt places in Brazil.

How do damage deposits work?

If Hanspeter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
