This is a 3 bed 2 1/2 Bath condo. It has been beautifully decorated. The kitchen has granite coutertops, stainless steel refridgerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There are cooking utensils and spices for all your cooking needs.

The living room has a 50 inch Roku HDTV for streaming to your hearts content. The Sofa and loveseat were custom made extra deep in Mexico. The dining room sits 6 comfortably. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs and beautifully decorated.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with private full bath.

The second bedroom has a full bed w shared bath. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and a shared bathroom in the hallway.

This property is 3 minutes walk from the beach. Located 1.2 miles from Andy Bowie Park, Los Cabos III Condominiums offers accommodations in South Padre Island. Los Cabos III Condominiums features views of the pool and is one mile from South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. Free private parking is available on site.

Only People listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises. This is enforced by wristbands. I can only Guarantee parking for two small vehicles. You may use visitor parking if its available. No Sand is allowed in the condo, the pool and common areas so please rinse off with one of the outdoor showers.

Comforters were unclean on beds. Floors were not mopped and bathroom rugs were not washed. Tub faucet leaked and never came to repair. Kinda disappointed. Sofa and pillows could have been cleaner also… More

Thank you so much for the great review. We are switching from Spectrum to DIrectv so we will soon have 3 tvs working. The tv works but sprectrum only gave us one box per condo. The fridge was defrosted so the icemaker works now fine and all maintenance issues have been taken care of.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
