2 Bedroom apartment with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 crib which can be removed and replaced by an airbed, and the possibility to accommodate more 7 people using airbeds and comfortable sofas. There are 2 suites and 1 social toilet in the apartment.
A large Living room, kitchen well equipped and a laundry room with washing and drying machine. Every home accessories and appliances are available including refrigerator, oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, bread machines plus, 2 hot shower, Led TV and home theater. There is a balcony equipped with another Led TV. All TVs has Cable TV installed and the totally home area has Wi-Fi signal. We offer a cleaning lady twice a week to clean the apartment, if you accept.
Our apartment is equipped to receive kids and babies, including screen protection on the Windows.
The condominium is a Club Park and provides you a wide leisure area that you and your group will enjoy, including 3 open air swimming pools, 1heated swimming pool, wet and dry sauna, 5 playgrounds, fitness, sports courts, barbecue area, party rooms and beauty care with Professionals attending there. The building has security guard 24 hours a day, with access control and security cameras inside and outside it.

Our Appartment is situated 42 minutes to Itaquerão, the Opening Fifa World Cup Stadium, 37 minutes to Paulista Avenue, 28 minutes to Ibirapuera Park and 55 minutes to International Airport in Guarulhos.

Nobel area in the city, with lots of shopping malls close to the building, the greatest Restaurants, Night Clubs and all you need daily as Supermarkets, Drugstore, Bakers, Banks and Stores.




TOURISM PACKET
We are going to take you and your group by car to visit all the touristic places in São Paulo, as Paulista Avenue, Ibirapuera Park, Museums, The Greatest Restaurants, Bars, Night Clubs, Nice handmade products fairs, Trying local foods as Feijoada, Feijão Tropeiro, Cuzcuz, Coxinha, Brigadeiro, and another meals, and visit anywhere else you are interested to go.
We can also visit other cities around, including nice beaches as Ilhabela, Riviera and Maresias (a nice beach for surfing).
On tourism packet we are available 24h for your specific group + transfers to any places you want by car including beaches and airport on arrivals and departures. The price to this service is $ 18,800.00 to 30 days.
