Dear Prospective Guest,

VILLA REFLECTIONS” is located on the Marina Lagoon in the heart of the main Tourist Centre of “Rodney Bay”, on St. Lucia's North-West coast. The Villa's name comes from the lovely and ever-changing reflections of the sky on the calm waters of the lagoon, especially at sunrise and sunset, but also during the day, as clouds drift overhead.

This 3-bedroom Villa sits on a large lot with a separate pool and sunning area, and with a 100ft x 14ft timber deck along the entire waterfront. The single-level house consists of three en-suite, air conditioned bedrooms, large central atrium, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, den with cable TV and Stereo system, and a large covered patio facing the water. There is also a laundry with washer and drier and a solar-heated water supply.

This property is in a really convenient location, as it is within a 10-minute walk of Reduit Beach, the mile-long, best beach on the island, and a 5-minute walk to St. Lucia's best shopping and night-life, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and activities of all sorts. Rodney Bay Marina, with more shopping and restaurants, and Rodney Bay Village, famous for its Friday Night Fish Fry, are both just a short ride away by Taxi….. or one of the numerous local buses going to and fro constantly.

Being set well back from a secondary road, in-between large residential properties on either side, and with the wide lagoon in front, any activity noise from the area is muted and distant, and a sense of peace prevails.

The Villa is staffed by a housekeeper and gardener who provide house-keeping, laundry, maintenance, and pool and garden services each week, and possibly on other days by arrangement if requested. They take great pride in the property and in ensuring that all guests enjoy their stay at “Reflections”.

Why can't I call Trevor (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Trevor (the owner) a message.

If Trevor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
