There is a self-contained apartment, which can be available upon special request. Located in L’Anse aux Epines, the most sought after residential area in Grenada, this luxurious villa is the definitive waterside setting for your best Caribbean holiday.
Rolling Surf offers sophisticated comfort in a convenient location. The villa has a very spacious kitchen adjoining the living and dining room area, a breezy covered patio area and three air conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The 6 foot, four poster master suite is enhanced by a large lavish master bathroom with whirlpool bath for two, fully tiled walls, deluxe shower and a dressing room. Sliding bi-fold doors lead out to the stunning, private covered veranda with uninterrupted views to the sea.
The second & third bedrooms are situated in the guest area with direct access to the pool deck. The apartment which is available on separate request, offers excellent privacy with a very separate bedroom as it is below the master suite and is only 15 feet way from the sea.
A hardwood staircase leads to the sea and beach access. We also have an exercise area with workout equipment and a TV Room with 40” LCD TV, Cable TV and international multi region DVD player, play-station 2 and a computer equipped office.
The Saint George region
In the southern most point of the Windward Islands in the Eastern Caribbean, positioned at 12 degrees north, is Grenada.
It is known as the Spice Island due to its beautiful fertile land, dense with nutmeg, cocoa, cinnamon and ginger plantations and their hypnotic aromas, often floating and lingering on the breeze.
The Prickly Bay / Lance Aux Epines area
Grenada has beauty, diversity, and a welcoming atmosphere, with something for everyone, from the stunning beaches and coves, to the rainforest and waterfalls. Visit the island’s Chocolate Factory, one of the Rum Distilleries or a Plantation House.
For the more adventurous traveller, there are the nearby islands of Carriacou and Petite Martinique, accessible by a daily catamaran ferry, used by locals, islanders and tourists. A picturesque journey of an hour and a half following the coast of Grenada and often accompanied alongside by flying fish and the occasional sighting of porpoises and dolphins.
The sea is warm, the days are sunny and the nights are balmy. The food is fresh, inspiring and tasty and the locals friendly and welcoming. Stroll the sandy beaches, join an impromptu game of cricket with some locals or simply leave your footprints in the sand of an exotic secluded cove.
