Centrally located between Pattaya & Jomtien, the home is ideal for those who want a peaceful private resort during the day with excellent security, and a great base to get out & explore all that Pattaya has to offer. The elephant village is a short drive along country lanes with elephants standing along the roadside, & the Pattaya floating market a short distance along the main highway. Underwater world is also a short distance as are main shopping malls & nightlife. Beaches are a 10minute drive from the home.

Amazing property. Arrived there that night and was shown around by Mimi. Amazing piece of property with a beautiful layout. Highly highly recommended. About 10 minute drive to the backside of Walking street. Can get to walking street for only 75-80 baht on a taxi motorcycle. Gregg was very helpful and worked with us even when we got our dates mixed up on the e-mail. They were available for anything we needed during our stay. Will be staying here again!! |

Having stayed in Jomtien previously, I was told about his property. It is simply stunning. While I stayed there on my own, it would be ideal for a group of friends, a couple or a family. It's secluded, yet only a few minutes from the shopping and night life of Pattaya. If you want a driver, this can be arranged. Must admit, I rather like the idea of being driven any where at any time. Rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The buildings wrap around the central pool. Don't hesitate to book, I'll certainly be back. |

A very private and convenient location, the car supplied with the Villa makes it a very enjoyable hoiday as you have the freedom to hit the town or retreat elsewhere. The villa is very modern and clean, some issues with the pool and the frequency of it being cleaned ( bad time of year for all the leaves and flowers overwhelimg the pool so much everyday that it was at times not possible to swim in). The Housekeeper was always available on her mobile for any issues . The beds are very firm but this is probably just how they are manufactured in Thailand. The bath would take about a week to fill as no pressure in the water pipe supplying it, however the shower was perfect. I would stay here again and i would definately reccommend this type of Villa which superceeds a hotel stay for vertually the same price. |
