About the home
Modern villa with all amenities ideally situated for the perfect holiday. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen,open plan lounge & dining room, 3 bedrooms 1 ensuite bathroom and 1 shower room and its own private pool wit seating and children pool toys. There is a large flatscreen TV with Ipod and laptop connections with satellite TV featuring numerous channels including films,sports,documentaries etc. Free Wi-Fi access is also avalable. There is 24hour security provided and a supermarket within 2 minutes. At the end of the road, 2min walk, you will find shops, bars and restaurants all the way up the beach road taking you to the centre of Jomtien.
On the beach you will find numerous water sports including jet-skiing, banana boats, wind surfing and fishing. The Jomtien/Pattaya area has everything you are likely to need. There are hundreds of bars and restaurants to choose from, a water park, golf courses, many shopping locations varying from small local markets to large indoor shopping malls with designer shops and cinemas.
Excursions to anywhere in Thailand and beyond can be booked at any of the many travel agencies. Getting around Jomtien/Pattaya is easy. Baht buses run 24hours a day and will take you anywhere within the city. They will pick you up and drop you off anywhere you want. Staying in this property means you get the best of both worlds as you are in a quiet location but within easy walking/driving distance of all the facilities that Jomtien and Pattaya have to offer.

Stroll along the beach turn left to the heart of Jomtiens have many activities banana boat, ballooning, windsurfing, jet-skiing, restaurant, massage and nightlife and turn right form our gate beach entrance to Pattaya Park.
Big Buddha Hill
Also known as Pattaya Big buddha Hill is just 3 minute baht bus taxi take you there form Grand condotel.
International Walking Street-Pattaya
International and Thai restaurants, humble street stalls, nightclubs, discotheques, Thai body and foot massage. Enjoy all of that just hop to baht bus form Grand condotel about 3-5 minute.
Water Sport
Turn left from our gate beach entrance stroll a long the beach about couple minute get to windsurfing, Jet ski,banana boat, Parachute etc....
Underwater World
Underwater World Pattaya is located in South Pattaya and is the largest and most modern ocean aquarium in Asia with a 100-metre-long acrylic pedestrian tunnel. This attraction features exotic marine life displays, providing every visitor the unique experience of seeing the creatures of the deep through crystal clear water.

Ko Lan
Lying some 7.5 kilometers off Pattaya Thailand, Ko lan is a 45 minute ferry ride or some 10 minutes by speed boat. The Island measuring some 2 kilometers by 5 kilometers offers several white sandy beaches with it's off shore coral reefs which can be viewed from the glass bottomed boats or snorkeling, jet skiing facilities are also available.
The Million Year Stone Park and Crocodile Farm
A very popular botanical garden with many rare plants and beautiful landscapes. Must-see fossilized plants over a million years old, 200 year old bonsai, dwarf horses, crocodile pools, rare animals. Crocodile shows are big tourist attraction and are performed daily.

Thailand is world famous for its nightlife, and Pattaya nightlife is among the best there is - be sure to check out Tiffany's cabaret!

Pattaya has a 6 kilometer curved shaped beach with refreshing tropical greenery, the northern area is more tranquil and one of the local tourist attractions. Great location and villa, nice friendly people and cleaning etc was brilliant a real plus point. nice pool and not far from the beach and all the night life . good place to escape too hope to stay again next year . |

Upon reaching this villa I was amazed by the friendliness of everyone. All the staff here made sure my son and I were happy 100 percent of our stay. The gardens were immaculate, the swimming pool was cleaned every three days and maids worked so hard I thought they would wear the floor tiles out! Everything was catered for and spotlessly clean. The front room features a large flat screen tv with cable channels and wireless internet throughout. Kitchen was again spotless. The dining area is also very spacious and can accommodate six people for a thai feast with ease. The swimming pool was lovely and my son made very good use of it. The villa is about five minutes moped ride from the main attractions in Pattaya, but is also quiet so you are guaranteed a peaceful nights sleep. There are two supermarkets in walking distance and numerous restaurants in very close proximity. The holiday village also has there own gated security, present 24 hours a day. Even though they were not needed it was added peace of mind, which is nice when traveling with children. Jomtien beach was five minutes walk away which was accessed through a gate with a keycard. This beach was again very relaxing and a haven of tranquility surrounded by coconut trees and local thai's eager to help but never pushy. Pattaya Water Park and tower is also about ten minutes walk away. I would defiantly book this villa again and the only bad thing was going home. Thank you again for such an amazing holiday, can't wait to return. |
